I found it startling that someone allegedly on the same side of justice is questioning Sidney Powell on her Cyber Voter Fraud investigation along with Mike Lindell’s efforts to expose the corruption. Did anyone else see this or is it just me?
Does anyone know why the Law Professor with sad eyes and a “woe is me” story is questioning Sidney Powell and those who have validated Hammer and Scorecard? And a few other subtle curiosities. Just asking to see what the popular opinion is of readers to see if they felt such things were being said to cause division in the camp or if they hold any weight in the validity to purposely ask and question the knowledge of Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell publicly?

Initially, in the beginning I had yawned at the repeat of so called “news” that everyone already knows and was ready to move on to other things when words were said that got my attention. Because they were questionable at best. I had raised eyebrows at various points of the Libertarian Professor’s interview…but specifically at the questions that appeared to undermine Sidney Powell, and her efforts in representing “We The People”, and Mike Lindell’s efforts along with those on working hard on his team specifically Dennis Montgomery and Mary Fanning. I encourage you to watch the entire video, but to point out exactly my raised eyebrows and gut feeling radar alert…here is Gails most thorough recap where she also gives you time stamps to fast forward into the video and hear the parts of the interview she transcribed.

I know PRISM is different than Hammer and Scorecard, but a lot of these terms we hear about and it is almost like this mythic thing. But it is becoming more relevant now because we have watched Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium. We’ve seen what appears to be packet captures. And a lot of people are saying where did this stuff come from. Is there a plausible theory based on sources since that seems to be the Million Dollar Question. OK, under the laws regarding Top Secret there is essentially a 25 year embargo on top secret level information, so I will obfuscate here [Dave laughs, OK] But I think you are hitting the nail on the head. These capabilities easily pervert what was originally what was on white hats mind on… We all want to see justice done. We want to see lawful civil society. We want to see bad people put away. But unfortunately unless you constantly check yourself or there is a way you are held accountable, and there are control measures on the floor at NSA and other intelligence centers and during main operations. You have to be careful. I would say up until recently it was very common to self-report when you accidentally collected on an American. That was considered right and noble and those things happened…. Have to call in the lawyers….
I think unfortunately with some it was past that where it became a tee-hee, tee-hee LOOK AT WHAT WE CAN DO. So I think the challenge is the lack of transparency, the velocity of collection, the exponential increase in the ability to collect. On Hammer & Scorecard I will say I have been part of so many darned named operations and code words, sometimes it gets a little foggy in my mind. But there were capabilities developed and this was back during … I will group Hammer & Scorecard if it did exist.. crossed with the capabilities during the 2005 to 2008… so even before Obama was on board.
I call these remote access capabilities. Which, I am not going to name the person, but back in the 80s kinda pioneered the original remote access through dial-up. Two, was there foreign interference? I THINK ABSOLUTELY.
In the first two films that Mike presented, which were really the work of Dennis Montgomery and Mary Fanning [Hammer & Scorecard] Umm, Umm, Let me just say, umm… I, I, I, …analyzed this and there were 6 possible outcomes, bottom line that quality and that visibility is essentially nation state level.
AND Unless you are standing at the watch floor of Fort Mead or the FBI has some capability, or DHS, you aren’t going to see that BUT they didn’t see that. I hold the Federal Government to the SAME STANDARDS. The reality is there is only a few federal laws on the conduct of elections so neither Law Enforcement nor the Intelligence Community HAD THE LEGAL AUTHORITY CHARTER STARTING POINT TO LOOK THE RIGHT DIRECTION FOR THE RIGHT EVIDENCE and I know Chris Krebs [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Krebs], I know what went on. They did not have the people, program, resources, legal authority, or even KNOW HOW of how elections are conducted. To tune our collection capabilities to look for the right things.
So I question what Dennis Montgomery and Mary Fanning presented but at the same time I hold the Federal Government to the SAME STANDARDS and they are not being truthful because they do not have the legal charter to begin with on the conduct of elections, they do not have experience on the conduct of elections. So when Chris Krebs says or when Paul Nakasone [https://www.armed-services.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/Nakasone_03-25-21.pdf] says most secure election ever, THEY HAVE NO IDEA.
I think it would be far more truthful for them to say we aren’t trained to do this, we don’t know what to look for, we do not have the people, programs or resources.

Yeah, very simple, most of this fell upon the shoulders of the Attorney General. And the swampiest part of this swamp is I would say, in some ways I’d say a tie between the Dept of State but it is really the Department of Justice. In some ways Barr did more than any attorney general ever attempted to break up the swamp but he finally caved, folded and came out throwing the president under the bus. Most of this would fall under the attorney general to look into specific things.
One of the basic elements the Attorney General has never enforced, is three elements in 18 US code. There is no debate about it you have to be a US citizen to vote yet counties and states have worked with the DOJ willfully to register voters who are unlawful. … Barr FAILED to ENFORCE. In Virginia, 8 to 12 % are unlawful. We got that via jury duty rejection which comes straight from the voter roles.

There is more to question in the interview…but I will only present these issues as the other questions pertain to other issues and I have many questions there as well. But the main question I have, is:
Are they hinting at the possibility that the audits are a distraction and not needed at all, or are they undermining Sidney Powell, the Kraken Team, Mike Lindell, Dennis Montgomery and Mary Fanning to create a division among the patriots? Or is there something else you see that I am missing?
The Powell and Lindell camp, along with Lin Wood, I’m sure heard about this interview, if they haven’t yet, it will be interesting to see how they respond, however in the meantime…can anyone offer their input on what it appears like to them? There are many wolves in sheeps clothing…and there are many on the same team with what Dr. Caroline Leaf calls brain damage….which causes very poor judgement. I’m just looking at all the ones who have put their arses on the line for justice and not spent their time begging for dollars because they lost their jobs! The last I heard about a month ago, Professor Sad Eyes questioner…received over half a million dollars in donations. I have no idea how much that total is now.

I met the Professor at a recent election integrity event that also included Seth Keshel and James Charles (for truth). After having traveled down the rabbit hole for nearly 20 years, I have come to trust my instincts and discernment. Time after time, I’ll learn of a truth teller, may follow them for a short while, and then I just instinctively stop following them only to later learn my natural instinct was solid. There have been a bunch of them in the past 2 years I’ve abandoned for this very reason. Obvious snakes in the grass.
Having said that my instincts, for now, tell me that the Professor has honorable intentions. At the event, he spent most of his speech as a Witness of the transformation of his faith and decision that God was directing him down a new path. He had to give up his old life and follow his assignment from God. It was compelling and sincere. It actually gave me chills. And, he seemed to be embarrassed, yet grateful, about the funds raised for him.
While it may seem he’s playing up the “poor me” victim, he is being viciously persecuted and it’s possible he believes that people like us want to hear the details of those battles so we don’t feel so alone. I actually believe the answer may be simpler than we know. He was just a little professor at an obscure university who has now been thrust into the spotlight with new found fame. And just maybe he doesn’t quite know how to handle it. If he starts spending wildly and decides to get rid of his Buick, then perhaps his motivations are not honorable. Time will tell. For now, my gut says he’s an o.k. guy.
The one to question motives is the Colonel.
I believe a lot of this is just smoke and mirrors. I believe they’ve always had what they needed, but had to delicately find ways to reveal government secrets and keep President Trump from appearing to be the one leading the charge. Sydney Powell will go down in history as one of our greatest Patriots. The woman just oozes righteousness indignation. I hope President Trump returns and unleashes her to clean out the DOJ.
I vividly recall an interview with Patrick Byrne shortly after the election. He’s brilliant and, along with that is a quirkiness and he sometimes gets a little carried away perhaps spilling more than he is supposed to. He basically said: 1) they knew fraud was going to happen and were prepared to capture it. 2) he assembled a team in August 2020 (mostly comprised of those who had done deep analysis of the 2018 elections in Texas) to be ready. 3) they knew within hours what and how it happened. Yet proving all the fraud and catching people who orchestrated it was the primary goal. It had to be this way to ignite the public to support the reforms that will be necessary. If they had immediately laid it out, we’d probably be in a CW right now.
At the end of the day, the challenges we are facing can only be resolved by God, not ordinary man.
That was an excellent reply. For me, there are many characters in this “show” that are questionable. There are good guys and bad guys in this film we are cast as extras in the middle of. (extras are those who are to move about as unknown people doing their natural thing walking about in the film) So as an extra, watching all things… when smoke and mirrors presents itself, I become curious and since you are also one to go down the rabbit holes, you know the signs that were present. I have been following the issues since Dec 2017. I can certainly be considered an Anon.
I agree with the reveal of the possibility of Devolution. As always, it is the Victors that write history. Should the Patriot movement prevail, Donald Trump, Sidney Powell, Mike Lindell, General Flynn, Lynn Wood….. will judged and memorialized in that historical view as true and great American Patriots. I did not get the impression from Col Mills or even Professor Clements that they are any less patriotic. The questions were asked, and the answers were encouraging to the extent that the (former prosecutor) Professor was (I believe purposefully) positioning Col Mills to tread a fine line of response that probes for truth and facts but does not betray classified information. Clearly Col Mills was on the inside of a significant amount of the battle and Coup d’état and knows far more that he can legally disclose.
Col Mills identified the perpetrators, provided a succinct outline/timeline of the events and what the 90,000-foot view was of our current situation. We have been the victims of a nearly complete Coup d’état!
He said plainly that it is the People that need to take back the government from the county (local) level. Full Stop.

The information MUST come from sources like Mike and Sydney. It CANNOT come from PDJT, or else they will assassinate him, like they did Kennedy, when Kennedy tried to expose the Deep State. Yes there is a big problem. Clements was trying to make it sound like Hammer and Scorecard were a myth and redirect to Prism…and the people blowing the whistle on it were not qualified and didn’t know enough to be talking on it. He doesn’t play by good ethics. He could have discussed the matter with any he claims to be buddy buddy with now…. why didn’t he do that instead of arrogantly airing his belittling questions to a Bush and Obama war on terror Colonel who avoided answering the question, but willingly threw the entire save America teams under the bus, and later in his interview answered questions that were more classified than the now publicized Hammer and Scorecard. By the way, neither said a peep about the military having all the servers and monitoring the elections in real time watching all of the fraud. Why not? They are not playing on the same team.

I did not get the same impressions as you as far as the Professor and Col Mills are concerned. The Professor seems sincere if maybe sincerely wrong. He posed a good thought as to the fate of the nation riding on an ex-addict pillow salesman and a brilliant, righteous, accomplished, former federal prosecutor. A very unlikely set of heroes (as many times they are). However, what they are doing is Critical to the Nation.
Col Mills was speaking of the corrupt, inept Cyber Security Department that declared the election the safest in history. His sarcasm was apparent. I believe Col Mills is NOT in a position, even today, to be speaking of those issues. We are at war, and I think he is on the front lines. This is pure speculation, but if you have read Patel Patriot’s Devolution, Col Mills is very involved.
It is inconceivable to me that PDJT left office, knowing what he knew, and didn’t have a battle plan. The last, last, last resort being open armed revolution with ‘We the People’ against a stolen government.
The conversation was very informative, but I take any nuances about the questioning with a grain of salt.

I don’t think this is a new interview. I saw this same interview at least a month ago, maybe more. The analysis is new but the interview is not. I think it is a nothingburger because so much time has passed. I believe this is someone wanting to stir up new trouble. Just my 2 cents.
It was just brought to my attention. It was from Sept 5th, he was at Lindells Cyber event Aug. 10th. It’s not a nothing burger… it’s a question of who is this guy, and what is his motivation? We are in a propaganda war…is this innocent or something else? Is he uniting or dividing? He came out of no where and raised over a half million in a few weeks and for the first month we heard poor me stories of losing his job when he still has a law license and can be working if he chose to do so? He’s not worried about all the fellow Californians who lost life long businesses and everything…or he hasn’t expressed it that I am aware of? These things raise questions in a propaganda war. I think you answered your question Dianne when you mentioned Marjorie Taylor Greene. The Sidney’s, Mike’s, and Marjorie’s, in my opinion, has given NO room of questionable behavior to truth. It’s when mouths open and fire out words that lead another to believe a lie, or even question truth. Using even facial/body behavior (doubting Thomas comes to mind).
I can see the crafty one doing all it has in it’s bag of sorcery. It used it to trick Eve, and succeeded. Used it on Christ, yet didn’t succeed because the Word stopped it dead by Truth. He even used it on Peter and succeeded resulting in Christ saying,” Get behind me satan.”
Even these three examples are a big spiritual message for us.

Professor Clements has over the last months hammered the good guys for some reason. Not sure what his issue is with Sidney. If she says there is proof of a crime then she has it!
And why is he interviewing Col Mills who served in the Bush administration war on Terror and Obama? It sure doesn’t sound right at all. I have been listening to his poor me stories til it turned me off totally. It has been all about him like he is the only one suffering out there and someone did a go fund me and over night he had $500,000. Now let me be fair and say this, right after the Cyber symposium I had started writing a story on him, I still have it saved in my archives. I was impressed with him and I was sold on the guy. He danced at the cyber symposium and made sense. His story was bought by me hook line and sinker. Then after I was almost through with the story…my gut said…hold off. So I put it into the archives. I watched and observed and I knew the spirit in me was saying…he’s not who he says he is. Now I am not saying he is the enemy….I am saying he isn’t come to unite. He has come to divide. That much I know. Just like friends can have motives…this guy is now very bold. About a month ago, he had a lot of people questioning all the money he raised and he went overboard explaining his friend who started the fund me and bla, bla…and wrote on it with excuses for days. I thought…that a red flag. Most people honest in dealing…would have ignored them. And kept on the train tracks. He was derailed but railed enough tell sob stories and mooch some more. That’s what I’m calling it. He even went so far to show the only quote thing he bought with some of the half a million which was a lap top. Good grief…that was part of what most people would never do. It only drew more attention to his go fund me. Well, I just moved on and someone sent this story to me….and I said…what is he doing? EVERYONE KNOWS SIDNEY TOLD US ALL ABOUT HAMMER AND SCORECARD BACK WHEN THEY GOT THE SERVER. He is a sly one….very sly. He’ll have to prove his intent I don’t think Lindell is going to be happy about his interview. He also said in it that Lin Wood looks discouraged and posed him as a pitiful site as he so caringly NOT, expressed his concerns. It made my blood pressure boil. Only for a little bit though. God has this. Smile.
Ok I frequent Lin Woods Telegram and this Professor just popped up out of nowhere and met with Lin Wood and Jarrin Jackson (a good friend of Lin Woods and a Christian). Lin Wood is a big fan of Sydney Powell. This is plain weird and I don’t get what is going on whatsoever; personally, for me, this is all in God’s hands now and I have surrendered it to Him. Your site Dianne even though I might not get or even agree with every posted article, I see your heart (confirming with the Spirit) and know you love God and want the best for this country. All this that is going on is just venturing into the Twilight Zone for me.
No one knew of Hammer and Scorecard until Sidney brought it to our attention and many news sites, way before they were all banned. She took it on Fox and other channels early on. So while he doesn’t mention Sidney, he mentions what she brought to all of our attention, and slyly pins it on another good person’s team, Mike Lindell and his people who worked night and day to do their private investigation Fanning and Montgomery. He started to refer to President Trump’s access to intel as a Crystal Ball…. why? Mills interrupted him and redirected the conversation. These are questions I would ask no matter who it was…if it came from Pelosi we would know the intent and there would be no question. If it came from Gov. DeSantis, for example, we would ask WHY? Why is he saying that? If it came from Ted Cruz…we would ask why? So the questions are valid. Especially since we are at war, a propaganda war and a mind war.
Maybe this is all done just to divert the enemy’s attention. The enemy has always played “good cop, bad cop”, so what is to say there is planned confusion on the part of the team to make it look like there is friction, division and chaos.
What I have learned from Dianne is the message about “It’s not all what seems to be” (something like that) – in other words, don’t believe so fast.

My gut tells me she was all set to say something to the effect….was this a way to distract people away from f… joe…b? I am getting tired of both chants by the way and it seems nbc is okay with it as well as they may be laughing at the people behind their backs.
I am not buying that ‘kelli’ is that stupid or innocent. She is probably a stooge (and okay with it) and is hiding in the background. Wonder what she got paid to do that?
Using the ‘f’ letter is not effective in my opinion due to children hearing the word….I like something like ‘CRUSH J…B….” instead.
Oh and by the way…Clements is a Law Professor, he has a license…he isn’t unemployed unless he chooses to be.
I will use one of your own quotes. Nothing is as it seems. I have the same gut feeling about MTG. She has a Telegram channel with approximately 160k followers. NOW if I had a message to get out That is where it would be done. 160k ppl instant access to it. Yet she is almost silent about what happened in the 2020 election in her home state of GA on that Telegram channel. Red Flag For Me. Trump at the Iowa rally mentioned how bad it was in GA. Her also gave a shout out to who suggested he endorse Ga governor Brian Kemp. A decision he regrets. One person who did not get mentioned was MTG.
I Still challenge anyone to check out her Telegram channel and prove me wrong.
