  1. When the Lord calls – LISTEN! When he asks one to do something – Do your best! The tools will be provided at his leisure for his pleasure.

  2. Read Isaiah 29. I’d post it here but it’s a bit long. It fits so much with what is going on now.

  3. Dianne, your ending to your story is SO CLEAR to me, if only it were a dream! Or perhaps as the story goes…”if I only had a brain”! Living in OZ is truly a challenge these days, yet the curtain will soon reveal… “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and last.”
“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” Amen!

  4. Thank you Dianne, for the story of the woman’s dream amidst a day full of chores.

A great reminder for me, especially with all the negative news that is coming at us every day.
When I move from this temporary life into eternal life with our Lord, I want to be better equipped for that time with Him.

Praying and reading His Word, in the midst of daily chores and overwhelmingly bad news from the world, is my best way to prepare.
It points me in the direction of things I should be doing for others in this world today, as a follower of Jesus Christ.

As you wrote above, He is asking us to “open your eyes and see,” and “open your ears and hear.” And if we do that, then, as you said, “you will see the things that are coming and you will call upon the Lord for strength and direction of what it is you are to do. For this is a time like no other in history, nor ever shall be again.”

    John832

  5. Joshua 24:15. But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you aae living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
