  1. Thank you so much for the article! I started this health journey many years ago reading Dr Ted Broers books and Jorden Rubins. I saw only Functional and Integrative Dr’s. This article really refreshed my memory on a lot of things and encouraged me to be better in some areas that I’ve neglected. I honestly do not trust any doctors right now which makes this article that much more important. People need to just start taking better care of themselves. Do your own research! Don’t just do what “doctors” tell you!
    Thank you Dianne!

  2. Another powerful tool often not mentioned for a deep cell cleansing is Prayer and Fasting!! When we fast, the weak cells have nothing to feed on so they die off and are expelled through urine and stool!! Acidity also plays a huge role in our health, Dr Sebi was a natural healer who spoke on this frequently, addressing phlegm build up being what contains most harmful bacteria that’s harmful to our health!! Personally, I did a garlic/honey, purified water and fruit fast for about 6 weeks and it did wonders for me, this was about 5 years ago and I’m due for another, but it definitely cleaned out my digestive tract really well and alleviated a lot of joint pain as well as boosted my energy level!! The medical industry doesn’t want to cure anything or anyone, they create patients!! Some sicknesses can also be attributed to spiritual affliction also, which can only come out by prayer and fasting!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Mark 9: 25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.
26 And the spirit cried, and rent him and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.
27 But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.
28 And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?
29 And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.🙏🏻🙏🏻

  3. Wow! That was a lot to digest. (pun intended) But seriously, so much good information. Some I knew but most I had no idea. I am going to re read this many times and definitly make some wiser purchases. Luckily I enjoy most of the foods presented as helpful. The detoxifying foods are sure to be of utmost importance in these times even for the unvaxxed. Thank you again for what you do here. Having some constructive activities helps to calm the anxiety and puts that energy to good use.

  4. Awesome article, Dianne! I’ve been wondering what we need to stock up on, and of course, I did get pasta. We don’t have many choices for food where we live, except for the processed stuff. The fresh fruits, vegetables and many of the meats are a bit too pricey for us to buy. We are low income, and right not no income as my job ended in June. I have yet to find something that I can do from home. My son and I gardened this year, but our tomato plants didn’t do anything, so I won’t have any to can. It was very disappointing. I never thought about rainwater having radioactive isotopes. We collect rainwater to put on our garden. However, my dad always said there was something wrong with the water we get from the town. There are so many people with cancer. We use a water filter and a fluoride filter for our drinking water.

May I ask what can I take for vitamins that will not make me sick? I’ve taken vitamins on an empty stomach, or after I’ve eaten, and they make me very sick. Especially the C, B and calcium vitamins. I’ve got a lot of back pain and of course eye strain from looking at the computer screen for most of the day. Is there anything that will help with that?

I am going to see if I can find some of the products you mentioned online! I know we have to get back to a more natural lifestyle, especially in our food choices. I have never heard of Spirulina, however, onions and garlic go into almost every meal we make. They are like salt and pepper. So, we thank you for all your hard work in providing information to help us live healthier and more informed. Thank you and God bless!

    1. Spirulina is the best thing… but zinc and grapefruit juice is a good combination I forgot to add to the article to help against colds, flu and covid flu….grapefruit has quinine in it naturally. There are so many remedies and so many good teas that also help. Teas never go bad either. If stored properly they also are indefinite. Good herbal teas. Green and black teas are also detoxing. If on a budget get flax seeds, or flax seed oil capsules or in a bottle. Grind the flax seeds as you need them as once they are ground they don’t last long with their potency. Use them up within a few days to a week. Cod liver oil is another good source. Onions and cabbage are antibiotics naturally and pull toxins out.

      1. Thank you! I have seen flax seeds, but never knew what to use them for. We did get black tea, but we didn’t get coffee. Coffee seems to make the phlegm in the back of my throat worse. Do you know of any natural things that can take care of that problem? I’ve had it, off and on, for about a year now. And yes, love herbal teas as well. I need to get some of those too. I think I do have some cod liver oil somewhere in the house as well.

  5. Very well written and informative article. May I also suggest as reference book, “Healing with whole foods” by Paul Pickford. Also deals with eastern medicine. A nice read.

  6. I recently listened to Dr. Carrie Madej speak on Castor Oil and how it helped with the swelling in the leg from the plane accident. So I ordered some from Baar found out it is good for multiple things. You can get it anywhere but the one from Baar is pure and cold pressed.

    1. I take cod liver oil … it is also in the same category. As I said…we have an abundant of healthy resources and we are shoved processed foods in the aisles… filled with the bad things…they don’t want us talking about the good things or the remedies before Big Pharma.

  7. Thank you so much for this very useful information. I appreciate all the hard work you have to be doing to bring your readers this knowledge. There is so much conflicting information available it is sometimes hard to figure out what to believe. I would be very interested in your knowledge concerning the shedding/transmission of the mRNA vax. You always do a great job presenting evidence in an understandable way. Thank you

  8. Diane, thank you for preparing great information for “We the People”. Been trying to locate information that’s easy to understand with: product, performance, quantity and location of items listed on this post. Going to print and place this info in our weekly program (bulletin) at church.
Have many elderly with heart, cancer, diabetes, neurological issues. Again, thank you. PS…..different types of soft, tranquil,
    music……🎼🎶 sounds of water, birdsongs,
the feel of a soft breeze and walking barefoot on “green grass” GREAT meds too! 💕🇺🇸🙏🏻🎶

  9. I’m in a steady process of eliminating all pills from the Veterans Administration. Slowly, but surely, they will be exchanged with a natural remedy. Back in 2016, I had my 2lb. 4″ x 5″ thyroid removed. The VA diagnosed it as Hashimoto’s disease. Being as it was so huge, it damaged my Esophagus, and other items in my throat, neck and down the wind pipe. I chew sugarless gum all the time, as I my body cannot produce enough saliva. Needless to say, that one is going to be tricky. I take Levothyroxin to make due for no thyroid, and Omeprazole for acid reflux, gurd and stomach acid, etc. That one, is being researched now, and although I know a little about Apple Cider Vinegar and sorts, there is still some unknowns. I’m in the process of going through all my diagnosis and will be playing the good ol’ experimental doctor on myself. I was taking Tamsulosin for my prostate, and having problems urinating, but have found that eating a spoonful each of roasted and salted cashews and sunflower seeds along with some roasted and salted pumpkin seeds, has done a whole lot better. I do need to drink more water…especially in the winter months. Anyway, as my great uncle Don was famous for saying, “The difference between you and your doctor is, he’s got a license to practice”. He despised them dudes. I want my thyroid back..!!!

  10. Thank you for this! It’s a great list, and I have researched similar information in the past to help focus on what I should be eating more of (and eating less of) to get the vitamins and minerals and immunity boosters that God intended for us to have.
And regardless of what medical and pharma groups try to push, God’s way is better, (and that goes well with the saying — “you and God are a majority”).
And thank you for the reference to pine needles. I have been looking for some kind of pine needle tea or something similar, but don’t know enough about it yet, or where to find it and how to properly use it.
You always do such awesome work Dianne!

    1. I reread it and found I left out the list of foods that eliminate radiation from the body that we can get cheaply at the grocery store. So I added that list. If you want to go back and reread it for your info. Smile.

      1. Excellent list — Definitely file All of this information ℹ️ for great 👍 health and
        healthy living

    2. Northern white pine trees (I’m in mid-coast Maine) are what I use for pine needle tea. I was told to look for “five needles sprouting from that little bud). Any more and any less than five isn’t fit for consumption. I chop up a handful of the green needles and steep them in hot (not boiling) water for about 20 minutes or so, then drain. Hope this helps.

    3. Green and black teas are some of the best detoxers. Teas are also indefinate items to store…they don’t go bad either. Oolong Tea is fantastic at detoxing also. They don’t want people to know this…they want people to believe they need drugs and toxic vaxes. Royal jelly and propolis from bees are also good immune cleaners and builders. There are so many foods…we need to add them back into our diets.

  11. Totally enjoyed this blog post. I will be posting it in my patriotchute account as well as in Talk Time, a discord platform associated with patriotchute.

Look in your email box soon. I will be sending u a recording totally filled with military truth.

    Like u say… 😊 Smile

  12. I love this post! I have said for years, that you want truly nutritious foods on hand for storage vs the cheapest carbs that may fill the tummy, but leave you with zero of the precious vitamins and minerals when you need them most.

I try to makes sure to have plenty of the supplements I KNOW I need for everyday energy and upkeep of my body on hand. Supplements like Vitamin C could be worth their weight in gold. Think of the shortage of Vitamin C during the Plandemic.

The Purium company has long lasting organic fruit and veggie powders that can be made into delicious and high nutrient drinks when added to water. Their products are packaged to last, I would think a few years at least. They are packed in sealed compostable packaging, not in the large buckets, but the product stays fresh for quite awhile.

Many companies have powdered protein powders that taste good and are well-packaged in sealed plastic tubs. Look for higher quality protein powders and try some out before deciding to purchase larger quantities.

The Juice Plus company has both Fruit and Vegetable capsules and chewables. The capsules would last quite long and the chewables would last a couple of years and could be rotated. I have seem miracles in hours with the flu by taking this product. Even a few fruit and veggie capsules or chewables per day will give some extra nutrition if there were shortages.

Mary Jane’s Farm has organic foods for both camping and storage. Her foods are somehwat more expensive, but again, high quality food could be hard to come by at some point. A smaller amount of high nutritient and low toxin food would be better in a shortage or disaster than copious amounts of poor quality food.

Also, people who have high quality, good tasting food on hand will be able to barter, if worse comes to worse.

  13. Thanks for the info. Def good to know stuff. My pappy was a dr. And he stressed vit c. It reaches peak saturation in yer bloodstream in 3 hours. After that it dramatically drops off. So you have to take it every 3 hours or so. Its number 1 in the catagory of anti ageing, ammune system builder, and anti oxyident. Be advised.

    1. Vitamin C and B are water 💦 soluble vitamins
Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamins
