Did a miracle take place in 1999 in that little window of 18 days after the declared bankruptcy of US, Inc.?
This one’s for Bill and all those who may be curious…
I had to write on this to clear up some of the War Castles…some believe they heard of it through me, and quite honestly I didn’t remember if I had or had not spoke of this, but the name had me curious so I looked into it. When I did, I found it one of those things that hits you differently when you read it than when you hear it. So I listened and wrote it out for you to digest. As I needed to digest it too. This is in regards to the famous Castle thingy going around and gaining lots of traction. I’ve never listened to Gould more than a minute before my ears hurt…but the Sergeant speaks like he’s legitimate so I listened.
We begin at the part where the Sergeant is explaining the genius idea.
SERGEANT ROBERT HORTON – WAR CASTLES – A new system of grammar to build an entirely new Government system off of.
Note: My input are in brackets in italics.
David Miller broke the math and Russell Gould imported the “now time” giving it its own purpose. They had to go all the way back to recreate a new construct. They went back to where the crown derives its authorities. To do this they went back into the Masonic books such as “The Secret Teachings of All Times” by Manly P. Hall. The went back to the syntax of the original construct of the books then they rewrote the book into this quantum construct they derived the now time, grammatical Quantum Construct. They did that with all of the masonic books. The used all of the books they utilized to substantiate the crown’s authorizations here in the world. Thereby, giving their system its own venue. They created an entirely new Federal Government System for the entire world to now join with. And it is a Global Federal Government System and it is based in truth.
(Well, this was a red flag as for the Kingdom of God doesn’t need to refer to the books of the secrets of Lucifer’s lodge members to guide his remnant to the Kingdom he is setting up within each one of his children.)
The entire system is based in mathematically certifiable grammar. It has its own elemental chart and periodic table that unwinds…like an infinity symbol the figure 8 and creates a mathematical fact forward and backwards just like the grammatical construct does.

This thing was genius.
(This particular brand of genius is in all of any of the books on numerology with some magic casting in its use in geomancy and of course Manly P. Hall shows the multi uses of the infinity symbol in both and the number 8. So we see an infinity sign with a star above the top and we are to believe the works which we have not seen are genius and not look at this as a psyop in and of itself? A satanic spell of the light above infinity..who knows? Trust no one they said…..so here comes Gould and Miller and Sarge and we drop all of that and jump on the Gould train headed for? Where? The right moment in time…and eventually NSA and the Vatican….wait and see….)
Knowing what these men had at their finger tips all they needed was the right time and place in history to launch this thing and take one of the greatest leaps of faith ever taken by two gentlemen in the history of this planet.
(I also wondered at this remark – “history of this planet.” I hesitate at that claim.)
Once this thing was all set up the book syntax they had built was filed with the Vatican and NSA and several locations in the world. The Vatican had been studying it for 5 years prior to what took place in 1999. This is a brand new system for coding and decoding.
(Personally, this is where I wonder why these fellas chose the Vatican and the NSA of all places? There are certain pieces to this missing. I understand this is a brief overview of a lot of work. But without seeing the new construct…it is hard to tell what the genius of it is? If he is trying to escape from the clutches of the Vatican, why is he taking the book there?)
Russell Gould with the help of David Miller in 1999 saw the end of the 3rd and final bankruptcy coming and Gould knowing what was coming about, ran down to the United Nations and asked the UN if they had the copy right and patent on the title 4 flag, knowing that it didn’t matter if they did or they didn’t. The contract would have been found to be a grammatical fraud, in error, so he rewrote the copyright and patent for the title 4 flag for the USA because it was about to be surrendered back to Great Britain along with the country at the end of the third and final bankruptcy.
So he goes to the UN with the Title 4 flag and lays this whole government system in and there at the United Nations he was declared a sovereign. In the process he had just taken down the entire old monarch system because once they reestablished those Masonic books they had to re-substantiate all of them in a quantum grammar construct. Thereby disqualifying the old system completely. From the bloodlines on. And in that effort has set this entire global government system up for the world.
Russell then turns around and during the 18 day vacancy declares that the post office was opened that the king Crown had to vacate due to international law and took taxable control of the post office in DC which was over the U.S. and Canada. Because that post office has always been attached to the DC location and in doing so he just brought to an end…the new world order effort to surrender the US back over to the crown. And used the UN to install his global tax, because no one has a charter to exist anymore as a corporation under his authority. Everything has been disqualified. It’s over.
So prior to 1999 Gould had rewritten a new US constitution, a bill of rights, a declaration of Independence, he re-substantiated a charter for all of the federal municipalities and captured the flag for the army, the navy, the air force, the marines, and the coast guard and restructured the entire construct in a Quantum Global manner.
Thereby in 1999 when he moved into the Washington DC postal location taking taxable control of the US and the rest of North American continent, the new world order and the crown didn’t have authorization to send our military to war for them after 911 had occurred. Because they didn’t have the authorization to send our military to war for them after 911 had occurred because they didn’t have the authorization to do so. They had been disqualified. It was over. Gould was from Wyoming and this was an act of patriotism for him. He saw this coming and interceded. He is still safe guarding that flag for the people of this country.
(So how did we declare war on Iraq and bomb the heck out of the region and go on the Bush war on terror circuit? The never ending wars that led to Arab Spring and the toppling of nations…including Benghazi and …??? Did Russell authorize the military? Or did the Patriot Act override his claim? And how did Trump buy the old post office? Who did he buy it from the government or Russell? Something isn’t jiving here?)
(Did President Trump get permission from Russell to drop the MOAB during his chocolate cake with Xi? Was Russell invited to the dinner in return for permission to use the military? And what about Space Force…did Russell have a clause that would include (in masonic code) all future branches of the military?)
Now even more astounding is that prior to 1999 and him taking taxable control over Washington DC, he had built a brand new banking system. He led this system into the US Treasury Dept. so now we can get rid of the Fed. After it expired in 1999 they didn’t have authorization to print money for the US and the IRS was kicked out of the country because that was the collection agency for the debt.
(So why is the IRS still auditing and why are they still here on the soil? So does Russell get our tax dollars now? How does this work? Does Sergeant Horton realize he’s talking to adults here? Just asking for a friend.)
As a sovereign he has a strategic metals contract given authorization to print and mint his own coinage. This is the first time in the history of the country that this country actually has the power to print and mint its own coinage where you do not have to use the strategic metals contract of the old monarchy.
(This is not so. All states can print their own currency and coins based on silver and gold metals. It was in the original agreement for all states.)
He (Russell) then went to Switzerland and all places to re-authorize the US under his authority and the international bureau of weights and measures and all the authorities because he had just destroyed all banking on the planet with his system of weights and measures.
The UN asked, what land do you choose? They chose the land of the courts at the time of the contracts because that was the land during the 18 days unclaimed in the courts. Anything now going through the courts without proper grammatical order is disqualified as bank fraud and fraud, all of it. End of Quotes
This was a lot to swallow and digest.
I wondered at how we have even been functioning for the last 23 years and how many even know that Russell owns our flag and land…or what does he own? Why hasn’t he shared this with all of us more openly? Since he’s the postmaster…why hasn’t he sent us a mailing of the new constitution and his government information?
So alas…I went searching to find why my gut feeling was sending me the signal to beware…and my intellect was going… this makes no sense the way it is being told. And my heart was still bothered by the remark he made of – “The greatest leap of faith ever taken by two gentlemen in the history of this planet.” Well, Biblically there are men who took greater leaps of faith…Moses and Aaron to name two… Noah and his sons to name another few… and so…I hesitated at that claim. I for one haven’t seen any of these documents and I still wonder why the Vatican was looking over these new masonic government lingo for five years prior to 1999. When the 18 day window of time hadn’t even hit yet? What was the guy doing really? Sun Tsu Art of War would not say let your enemy look at your plans and see what he says – not even once…let alone five years. Why would NSA and other agencies controlled by the NWO need to look at his new masonic government plans? So, although my discernment said… psyop, I went looking to see what others were saying about this odd thing.

As far as Sergeant Robert LeRoy Horton he serves in the US Army as a Psychological Operations Warfare Specialist. That explains a lot.
After searching the Gould guy out…I heard him belittle President Trump, he told one podcast host and their audience how little Trump knows and how he doesn’t know what to do with troops nor leading a military, and of course he knows all about everything because he is the owner of it all now. The guy is a psyop and a never Trumper who obviously, by the way he looked angry when the name Trump is mentioned…hates the man. So it was interesting to find that the psyop podcasters all love having Gould on as a guest. (And you all know the ones I am talking about) So after all this, I now wonder if he even did any of the things he has told others he has done. I say he’s a paper clipped fake and he is a distraction and I rather dislike him a lot after listening to his Trump bashing. Trump Derangement is great in that one.
In comparing his old photos (above) with his new ones…I question if he is even the same person they started out with? Either way he is a fake.
The globalists believe the people are too stupid to understand the truth and so they continue to bombard them with their lies and continue to throw their bioweapon virus’s out and continue to use the forces they have left. Without the power of propaganda…they have nothing to use on the masses. No power to control them. Their only power is fear and getting people to obey them out of that same fear base they create.

I’m sorry, but all of this went straight over my head. I have no idea what you wrote about or even what the other commenters said. Sometimes when I read your blogs, I can get overwhelmed. Then I read the comments and try to understand what everyone says. Dianne – you have extremely intelligent people ready your articles. But this one – I just don’t get. I’m missing something.
In a comment, someone had spoke of the Horton video on War Castles and thought they had learned of this from me. But that person wasn’t sure. I was not sure either for early on I had remembered viewing it and believing it was true. So I revisited it to see what my thoughts and discernment of it was now. To do this, because it is confusing to watch and follow along with his white board and all the things he says quickly….I wrote it down and digested it to find why things didn’t seem correct when much of it did. In doing this…it was my intention to show how psyops add truth to their imaginary fake facts and package it so people buy into the propaganda. Of which this is a prime piece of propaganda designed to mislead people and let podcasters carry on the misconceptions. Or lies. Spreading the propaganda to confuse people and make them believe things that aren’t true so they are distracted from the real things taking place.
Dianne, you might want to look into Anna Von Reitz more closely!! She isn’t who or what she thinks she is!!

I don’t buy into David Straight, Anna, Gould, Sergeant, Byrne, Flynn, Clark, or any of the go fund mes. I observe their tactics and partial truths. Psyops are all over the place. They are scripted and organized the same as fake news. Many of these are used to sway people in groups the same as CNN. Watch them all chirp of the same bull when the dinner bell rings.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but there are other opinions out there!!

You are a good researcher. I had that alliance pegged when it first started too…look back and you will see I have never ever pushed their ideas. Smile. I used them in this article only to show their “pirate” views. The podcasters are filled up using this guy in their go fund me campaigns too. If anything…one can see who are the psyops and who are not by the ones pushing this stuff. Now I am not saying that many people do not believe these things as good and true, many people do. That is their opinion, I just don’t at this time share it. I am looking at the real collateral damage out there (the same as you are doing and doing a good job of it!!) and exposing what appears to be propaganda. Your links have been very much a contribution for all the people to find answers and that is much appreciated. We all need to find puzzle pieces and fit them together to see what is being revealed behind the veil. So many podcasters, fund raisers of all sorts are committing fraud. I have been looking into becoming a State National, but from what I understand, once you become a State National, you cannot vote in the Corporate Government elections.
I think there’s a couple people here on Diane’s blog who have discussed State Nationals before – is it worth it to become a State National? Especially right now as President Trump is calling on us all to vote and overwhelm the cheating?
I mean, it sounds very nice to become a State National and escape the corporate government/their laws/their taxes. But if we are leaving our fellow Americans behind to suffer through the darkness… I’m seriously debating what the right thing to do is.

You’ve found more on this subject than I did….it doesn’t “seem” to be a made up story. The bigger question would be is this system being used for good or evil…..God or satan? Coming out of one evil and going into another evil?
I didn’t know he was a never Trumper…..and if you can see the hate or anger in one’s face…or in their voice, it’s a very good indicator of what’s inside. There are a few “truthers” that had what I thought to be pretty good info….but when I’d see the hate on their face and hear the hate in their voice I’d know that it’s best to move on.

Bill- it was for you… and for me to see what I am saying to people and to recheck things I may have used that have been found to be not as good as they looked like they were. All it took for him to go into ARGHH mode was for the host to ask, “Have you spoken to Trump about this?” His face changed like a possessed soul and he went on about how Trump knew nothing about leading a country, nothing about the military and the hosts who were on the Trump lottery ticket go fund me wagon…looked like deer in the headlights as he went on and on. It was so bad… and they never once defended Trump, nor said anything to counter any of his bad remarks. Instead they built him up.

There were many things on this…and I was led not to become part of the distraction…for this is very long seeded and there is no way of anyone knowing what is or is not true in what he has miraculously lived to speak out as his truth.
And I have put things out there on David Straight… I wonder at that as well. But, I am not denouncing any right to the USA citizenship. I don’t have a good feeling on the ideas of many of these enthusiastic characters who all have contact with Trump, who were recruited for such a task and yet, have no endorsement of the man.

In my teens…somehow I inspired a car load of guys to jump out and kick my butt. I was just walking down the street on the south side of Chicago with my two friends…a car load of guys pulls up and my two friends take off running. I didn’t do anything…so I didn’t run. We tend to see what we want to see…that is why propaganda works when we don’t stop and discern. It is also how our minds trick us into supporting something we know isn’t right. Or at least until we have time to look into the matter, and then when we do… we must make a decision on what we will do with the information. When something is riddled with nuggets of truth and only one or two lies…that is a lot more difficult to discern, and our own intellects can either ignore or rationalize quickly the lies as we take the truths on their merits. That is how we end up with so many different opinions. And how crooks get off charges when having a good attorney who can turn the truth into a compromised position by finding the flaws…. once one truth is found to be a lie… all of the testimony is thrown out the window as not credible. In these tricky times of propaganda…we must hold on to the truths and throw out the lies….even the best liars tell some truths in order to push their lies.
Being wrong a lot is all part of the process of coming to the truth. I too have been wrong a lot. What one of us have not been tricked at one thing or another? And what one of us can foresee someone who is good being bought out and doing bad? What things have been done to them or threats to get them to go along with what they do not agree with? We never know what has caused a person to compromise their own values, morals, or truths. What we recognize is that someone or something got to them to change their minds. Knowing we all have compromised something in our lives for one reason or another… the nature of the battle between good and evil is an ongoing war and one that can only be won with the Lord leading from within. Each trial we face that we maneuver through with success and or a failure…makes us stronger. Amen.

I am sooooo confused right now! Watched the whole video first and got excited, only to be debunked 🙁
I know. I must admit…as I watched the video first I was excited too…as my ears were itchy and it was all so confusing to listen to for me as he did his white board. So I knew if it was confusing for me it would be for others. So I transcribed it into words on paper and as I did I saw the hidden slight of hands that I missed by watching the smoothness of the white board and he credibility of the sergeant speaking firmly…. therein lied the hidden discrepencies that were missed when watching the hypnotic trance of the whiteboard reasoning.
So… I was able to process what was being said instead of agreeing with the sergeant as to what he was saying was being said as true. There is a reason why most podcasters show and tell rather than write it out. In showing and telling they capture your senses while in ones own reading… the reader can process and decide what is true or not…. and reread and discern. Most can catch obvious lies but when it is presented as patriotic….boom… we already are set up to obey and not to discern.

Hi Dianne…I watched War Castles months ago twice. The beginning of it seems valid being we are under Crown/Maritime-Admiralty. I don’t believe it only pertains to over the waters like others do. But I wasn’t so sure about Gould. He struck me the wrong way. I know about Anna and Straight. Anna and Straight do not agree on everything. People say beware of Straight. So I just take it all into consideration and then leave it. Many were pushing people to get their status changed to get out of the evil system. I was skeptical on that being that there were different routes you can take. Straight’s is much more difficult vs Anna’s. Who is right and who is wrong?
To me, the whole world should know this if it’s that important. Some people don’t even get on the internet. How would they ever know any of this?
Our birth certificate is supposedly a contract, yet one woman who claims to be Victoria de Rothschild, not the other one, says we have inalienable rights and that our birth certificate is not a legal contract. This woman claims she saved the US in 1999 from WWIII. She claims to be a Queen and the US is a monarchy. Her grandfather is Hitler. This was according to her… God’s calling. She absolutely hates Trump. She claims he is deceiving us too. Whether she is real or not remains to be seen. We have many players.
I am not a person to jump headfirst into things I am not sure about or don’t understand. I also don’t believe everything I read or watch to be 100% fact. Some can be 50/50.
The only thing that concerns me about this is staying in a demonic system and feeding it with illegal taxes. We are feeding the evil agenda in doing so.

Y2K came and went and here we are. The end of the world was postponed due to changing of the calendars…so we were later told. I still have my Y2K coffee mug. It should be good unless broken for the long hall. What we entered into that year was an evil push to bring in the globalists world order of which they have yet to be able to do.
