It’s time to learn how our God given earthly bodies of flesh work within and without!
Who would think that with an election coming up in the middle of WWIII, and the ports as they are, with treason to the left and to the right, that anyone would be concerned with reading about how our body works? Well, the entire bio-warfare and mind control black op systems sure have made that a priority over the centuries! It’s time we learn a bit about it too. It’s more than walking about hunting and gathering, it’s survival of the fittest and it’s God’s creation! Our body is designed to regenerate itself within an entire echo system that exchanges carbon emissions with animals and plants and life-giving photo ions from the sun – it’s all ALIVE!
There are parts we can see, and parts we cannot see, such as the mind which is not a physical body part but a process of thinking, feeling and deciding. Those who desire to control the world and everything in it have spent a fortune trying to figure out how to control mankind’s thought processes and turn them into mindless slaves that obey their every command. They have tried all sorts of chemicals to kill, steal and destroy, and all sorts of MK Ultra programming – mind tricks are not new, they are ancient and go all the way back to the Serpent in the garden of Eden.
In a nutshell, the wicked goal is to get mankind to do the bidding of the creation and not the creator. But, since mankind was given free will and a mind of their own to think, feel and decide what it is that they shall do, and who it is that they shall serve, it has always been the Achilles heel of those who desire to rule the world. From the serpent in the garden, to the entire realm of the fallen angels and evil spirits, they all have to seduce the victim and change their thinking – lure their mind to follow them. It’s called temptation, rationalization, and seduction. But they prefer to call it intellect, philosophy, and knowledge for the greater good of all.
Everything they do has a secret motive attached and they operate with the mindset that everyone has their price and can be bought to think, feel and decide to do the things they desire them to do. Be it with fame, fortune, and power… the great mind deception is in the perception of the beholder. The most spiraling and chilling words of all belong to the beguiling serpent in the garden of Eden, “go ahead, eat of this… you shall not surely die!”.
And of course, they lie about everything and hide the rest of the story…
So here we are today, still being offered up a feast of lies, and just deserts that lead one into a living hell on earth. Following along, as the blind lead the blind, and both fall into the ditch… all for the “greater good” of evil for those who look at humanity as useless eaters in their own strange way. Whatever “their way” is, it is not the way of God, nor is this world intended to last forever. The “greater good” dates back to ancient philosophers. Its days are numbered and when the clock runs out, it’s all over for the devil and his soul snatching games that kill, steal and destroy.

Closing your eyes and ears to the truth will not keep you safe, nor will it keep you from temptation and the evils of it.
The Lord said, in Hosea 4:6, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.” The Bible is filled with scriptures and verses that show the downfall of man without God’s truth. Isaiah chapter 5 is one that shows the days we are in making good evil and evil good and the dangerous end that comes with it.
That being said, God designed our bodies to function in a self-preserving healthy fashion, that interchanges with all living organisms and has the ability to make millions of its own antibodies to fight off all forms of infection. In fact, the humoral immune system can manufacture 1 million to 100 million different types of immunoglobulins in response to the antigens produced by the millions of microbes that exist in nature. And that is the knowledge before we entered into a world evolving around Big Pharma and the global push for the future of vaccines. We are not getting into a good vax bad vax discussion here; Robert Kennedy Jr. is doing a great job at educating the public on that topic.
In this blog we are giving the basics of how our bodies are designed to function the way God made them. I will try to keep it simple, however the body is a complex machine and man has given the inner workings of it so many names that it does sound like a foreign language. Especially to those who have never studied the internal workings of the body and what things are called.
Quite simply, the functions of the immune system are to recognize and destroy harmful foreign substances, including bacteria, viruses, and malignant cells. The immune system’s ability to differentiate “self” from “Non-Self” is an essential characteristic, failure of this “self-recognition results in autoimmune disease. Antibodies are called “Humoral immunity” and is also called antibody-mediated immunity.

When a microorganism is harmful, it is known as a pathogen. If the normal body flora becomes imbalanced, certain non-harmful microorganisms may multiply and begin to cause unpleasant symptoms (opportunistic flora). For example, everyone’s gut contains E. Coli bacteria. Only when these populations exceed normal levels do we suffer from diarrhea. Pathogens are foreign organisms that do not form part of the normal flora. The early lines of defense against foreign substances from the external (outside the body) environment include the skin, which serves as a passive barrier, ciliated epithelium in the respiratory tract, composition and flushing action of urine, saliva, and lysozyme in human tears.
Cell-mediated immunity has as its active component – the T lymphocyte. When a T cell meets its antigen. It triggers the release of cytokines (also called lymphokines), producing an inflammatory response and attracting macrophages to the area. These macrophages assist neutrophils in the phagocytosis of antigens and display the antigens on their own surface like a red flag.

The red flag alerts highly specialized lymphocytes, called helper T cells (thymus-derived cells), which bind to the macrophage and begin to multiply. Some helper T cells also rush to the spleen and lymph nodes to stimulate the production of (1) killer T Cells which chemically puncture the viral membranes, spilling the contents, which are then removed by phagocytes and (2) B Cells, which produce antibodies that bind to the surface of the virus. Suppressor T cells then release substances that turn off the B cells and command helper T cells to “cease and desist”. Memory T and B cells are left in the blood and lymph system, ready to respond more quickly if the antigen reappears. When this occurs, immunoglobulins (1g) bind to the specific antigens and neutralize them.
Leukocytes, or white blood cells are the blood components associated with the inflammatory and immune responses to the infectious process.
All blood cells originate from parent cells in bone marrow called hematopoietic stem cells, but by mechanisms that are not well understood, they undergo a process of differentiation with some becoming erythrocytes (red blood cells) and some becoming leukocytes (white blood cells).
The majority of leukocytes remain in an immature state in the bone marrow until they are needed to combat infection. Once activated to leave the bone marrow, leukocytes undergo a maturation process and further differentiate into five distinct types of cells – those are neutrophils, eosinophils, basophils, lymphocytes, and monocytes.
Leukocytes maturation process into five distinct types of cells: (1) Neutrophils; (2) Eosinophils; (3) Basophils; (4) Lymphocytes; (5) Monocytes. The neutrophils and monocytes are involved in phagocytosis which is part of the inflammatory response and are frequently referred to as phagocytes.
T cells develop special receptors for specific antigens in the thymus. As a result, each T cell can recognize and attach to a certain antigen. The process of T cell differentiation begins shortly after birth and continues for the first few months of life. Removal of the thymus after this time does not interfere with T cell immunity, because T cells clone themselves throughout life.

Until a T or B cell encounters in lymph tissue an antigen it recognizes, the lymphocyte is in a rather dormant state. At this point in the cycle the physical characteristics of the two cells are nearly identical, even under an electron microscope, although T and B cells do have different proteins on their cell membrane. Only after activation do T and B cells develop distinctive morphologic characteristics.
Plazma cells secrete antibodies into the blood at a rate of about 2,000 molecules per second.
Although not directly responsible for killing organisms, antibodies recruit complement phagocytic cells, or cytotoxic T cells to destroy antigens.
Cytotoxic T Cells, also known as killer T cells, are attracted to antigens, including microorganisms, cells that contain viruses, cancer cells, and transplanted cells. Cytoxic T cells bind to the surface of an antigen, disrupt its cell membrane, and kill it directly with lymphokines. In addition, the release of lymphokines promotes phagocytosis.
Note: Phagocytosis, or “cell eating”, is the process by which a cell engulfs a particle and digests it. The word phagocytosis comes from the Greek phago-, meaning “devouring”, and -cyte, meaning “cell”.
Suppressor T cells “turn off” the action of helper and cytotoxic T cells, preventing them from causing excessive, potentially harmful immune reactions. Helper T cells “turn on” the immune system by enhancing the response of B cells and cytotoxic T cells to antigens, stimulating the activity of all other T cells, and activating the macrophage system.
That being said… let us look at some modern-day wonders of how they rearranged our body from how it is originally designed to be healthy.
From the onset of television “the man in the window” began broadcasting what we should eat, drink, smoke, wear, have, and do; even showing us how to see the USA in our Chevrolet. I’m not sure who or when we became consumers but, because we were the ones targeted to buy and consume, someone along the line thought it was fitting to call us consumers? It would have been kinder to call us gullible, that would have been a wake up call, at least for most. Gullible people who buy into things simply because they trust others appeared to be the duping point and the downfall throughout the ages. Calling those who buy products gullible would have at least given us a clue early on. Or maybe not? What do you think?
The man and or people in the window presented the gullible how their families were supposed to function and Disney gave us magic, while the news told what they were allowed to report based on a press release which was a script approved to broadcast. For the most part, the gullible trusted all of it, and obeyed authority without question.
So, when the government surgeon general gave us the food pyramid, we trusted these are the food groups we need daily and we bought the margarine, the cereal, the sugar and the cotton seed cooking oil (once used for fueling lamps), now called Crisco. And the man in the box with a window repeatedly told us and sold us all they had to sell. Even singing to us so we would remember much better. Funny, isn’t it, I mean how they knew all about how to do that. They rolled in the wrinkle free polyester, and no one questioned it… along with cotton blends and all sorts of preservatives and little by little we grew into a controlled society, even giving us names like Baby Boomers, and Generation X, etc. and we stayed in our category. Memory foam in shoes, seats, and bedding made sure we never forgot to visit our doctor… get new tests, and prescriptions filled helping the wonders of Big Pharma. Test results never told the root of the story and for certain the foam never did as it never came with a tag telling us not to remove it by law. Toxins are often trade secrets and no one gives those out. Or so that is how it appears. What do you think?
Today the man in the A.I. surveillance window wants people to fear and stress, stress, stress.
Before COVID hit, they were doing drop by drop and getting droppier, and sloppier, but since the stolen election it has been a flood gate of them DEWing what they want whenever they want. The American lifestyle was already full of stress. People were already looking for fast solutions to manage their fast paced lifestyles and how to eat healthy, look young, get ahead all while maintaining peace of mind without enduring stress! The fear of heart attacks, cancer, and crippling arthritic disorders like MS were forever with fund raisers and forever without cures. Then the virus came – and all the exposure to everything with it, all while fear was pushed to force mandates and jabs… terrible fear and stress added to stress.
Stress affects health and contributes to disease! It advances the aging process, depletes the immune system and interferes with digestion. We most all know this, but few know how this happens within the body.
Which bring us to Stress – How and Why It Harms The Body…
The body reacts instantly to any sensation of threat, whether it’s a pop quiz at school or a piercing scream in the middle of the night. Regardless of the threat, the stress response is a chain reaction of self-protective measures that take place inside the body. This chain reaction radiates through the nervous system and the endocrine system (hormones), triggering more than 1,400 physiochemical reactions that in turn produce dramatic changes EVERYWHERE in the BODY!
Causes of stress vary from person to person. Just as the distinction between friend and foe is subjective (how our mind interprets it), so is one’s notion of stress. Stress depends on a person’s emotion, experience, and individual perception. Some people are overcome with fear at the sight of a snake, while others feel only a curiosity and interest. The perception of stress can also change over time. For example, a toddler who jumps with delight the first time they see a snake and desire to hold it and have one as a pet, can change their perception when they see others respond to the snake with panic and fear. They can begin to associate panic and fear toward snakes.
External stimuli are not the only possible stressors. The body employs the same physical and chemical reactions to deal with danger conjured by the mind or with such internal threats as viral infection or other disease (listed above).
Stress – the body’s warning system…
The stress response depends on the interplay of two major nerve networks. Sensory nerves of the peripheral nervous system relay signals to the spinal cord and to the brain. (Both are vital partners in the central nervous system). If the brain interprets the impulses as a threat, it instructs the autonomic division of the peripheral nervous system to act.
The autonomic network, which controls the involuntary functions of certain muscles and organs, including the heart, is itself divided into two branches. The sympathetic branch mobilizes the body’s energy and resources for high performance, the parasympathetic branch helps slow down and restore the body’s systems in the aftermath of the threat. These contrary functions combine to keep the body operating normally.
Seconds after a stressor is detected, the sympathetic division goes into action, firing off messages through its network of neurons. From the brain, impulses travel down the spinal cord and out to nearby ganglia – nerve cell clusters, arranged like links in a microscopic chain.
The ganglia serve as information hubs, broadcasting to various tissues and organs by way of myriad fibers. When the threat recedes, the parasympathetic system takes over, sending impulses through its own fibers from the spinal cord to more distant ganglionic hubs.
The Body’s Fight or Flight Response…
Alerted to the presence of a threat, the brain’s higher centers pass the message along to several key structures. Chief among these is the hypothalamus (the hypothalamus gland governs the central nervous system), which activates the first level of the stress response known as the alarm stage.
Nerve impulses surge through the sympathetic branch to various organs of the chest and abdomen, all of which play crucial roles in meeting the challenge. The heart begins to pump harder and faster, the lungs pick up the pace to bring in more oxygen. Meanwhile, the digestive tract – (its functions being less necessary for immediate survival) reduces its activity to a minimum. This is one of the key reasons for digestive problems due to stress.
Other parts of the body also respond to the alarm. Pupils dilate in order to capture more light, sweat breaks out on the surface of the kin to cool off the body, and dilated vessels increase the blood flow to skeletal muscles making them stronger. Within seconds, the body is prepared to perform at its highest possible levels, either to fight the threat or to flee to safety. The effects of this high alert last only a few seconds, however, if the threat persists, the body must take further measures.
The nervous system can keep up the body’s stress response for only a short time, just long enough for the endocrine system to swing into action. The glands of this sytem, also under the direction of the hypothalamus, send messages throughout the body by secreting substances called hormones into the bloodstream . Although some hormones are chemically the same as neurotransmitters, their effects develop more slowly and last longer.
Stimulated by the same neural activity that provokes the body’s initial reactions, the adrenal glands, located just above the kidneys, release two kinds of hormones, epinephrine and norepinephrine. These two chemicals, borne by the circulating blood, bind with specialized receptors on target organs, where they trigger specific activities. In the heart, for example, epinephrine maintains the rapid heart rate already established by the nervous system, and norepinephrine increases blood pressure. Elsewhere in the body, the hormones stimulate breathing and inhibit digestion, allowing the body to maintain a high level of activity. The clearest sign of this adrenal activity comes in the seconds after a sudden fright, as the knees shake, the teeth chatter, and the heart pounds.
Stress, anxiety and fear – destroy both the mind and the body – it also causes people to conform and obey!

How hormones enter in and effect the body…
If the threat persists beyond the burst of activity generated during the alarm reaction, the next phase of the stress response, RESISTANCE, kicks in. During this stage, the hypothalamus part of the brain orchestrates a cascade of hormones that prepares the body for a more sustained response. On orders from the hypothalamus, the nearby pituitary gland (which governs our hormones) releases its own hormones, which in turn circulate to other glands throughout the body. Those glands release still more hormones bound for numerous target organs. For example, the outer portion of cortex, of each adrenal gland secretes cortisol, a key chemical messenger linked to acute and chronic stress. This hormone increases the supply of blood glucose, particularly for the brain and heart, and helps turn fat into energy. To focus that energy against the threat, cortisol also depresses the reproductive and immune systems and other functions that make no immediate contribution. This is how ongoing stress depletes or weakens the immune system.
The effort to keep key organs functioning at maximum efficiency can exact a significant toll. If the threat is not overcome during the resistance stage, the body’s reserves begin to dwindle, ushering in the final phase of the stress response – EXHAUSTION.
In summary, ongoing stress contributes to poor digestion through slowing down of the digestive phase and to depleted immune response by releasing hormones that alter these processes, such as cortisol (a hormone that depresses the reproductive, digestive, and immune systems.) The pituitary gland secretes hormones that spur the adrenal cortices to release chemicals of their own. The resulting mix of blood borne hormones acts on tissue such as skeletal muscle, causing protein breakdown and transport of amino acids to the liver where they are converted into energy. Ongoing stress will deplete the body’s protein reserves causing fatigue.
When the body is in fight or flight to protect itself, it is shutting down key operations that pertain to overall health. When the body is receiving excessive amounts of hormones into the lymphatic system, the body has to excrete the waste by products and the overproduction of these hormones through the chief path of elimination which is through the skin. This is the key factor in hormonal acne brought about through stress. Respectively, the metabolized waste from the rapid protein breakdown also eliminates through the skin, when the body is overtaxed with elimination and the immune system (which is the bodies continuous filtering system for transporting nutrients and eliminating waste) is depressed, the body cannot effectively do its job of internal cleansing and proper elimination of toxins. The result is more skin problems on the face and body, created through poor digestion, and elimination.
This is why detoxification through diet is so important. We can assist the body by eating foods that are non-mucoid forming versus foods that are mucoid forming and avoiding GMO’s and processed foods. We will go over foods in Part 2.
The “fight or flight” theory and general adaptation syndrome (GAS), was first identified by endocrinologist, Hans Selye.
Selye outlined three stages in the body’s stress response: alarm, resistance, and exhaustion. If the stress continues for long periods without relief or is so great that it overwhelms the defenses, exhaustion can even lead to death.
Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) was also discovered through the work of Hans Selye.
In 1936 Selye wrote about a stress condition known as general adaptation syndrome (GAS). He first observed the symptoms of GAS after injecting ovarian extracts into laboratory rats, an experiment he performed with the intent of discovering a new hormone. Instead, however, he found that the extract stimulated the outer tissue of the adrenal glands of the rats, caused deterioration of the thymus gland, and produced ulcers and finally death. He eventually determined that these effects could be produced by administering virtually any toxic substance, by physical injury, or by environmental stress. Selye was able to extend his theory to humans, demonstrating that a stress-induced breakdown of the hormonal system could lead to conditions, such as heart disease and high blood pressure, that he called “diseases of adaptation.”
Selye is best known for his studies on fight-or-flight response. In a nut shell the “Fight-or-flight” response, is the body’s response to an acute threat to survival that is marked by physical changes, including nervous and endocrine changes, that prepare a human or an animal to react or to retreat. The functions of this response were first described in the early 1900s by American neurologist and physiologist Walter Bradford Cannon, who also coined the phrase.
Nevertheless, the stress response plays an essential role in helping the body to react quickly and decisively to sudden threatening changes in its environment. And when the threats recede, the body uses similar mechanism in order to return to its normal state of homeostasis – a steady level of functioning among the ordinary fluctuations of life.
Today we are dealing with fear porn from every direction, while simultaneously feeding us propaganda and toxic food, water, air, and medicine… using big pharma to dull our minds with pills rather than address the real issues and many medical treatments that do more harm than good. The Lord said to fear not… fear destroys us and today we see that very clearly in our Babylon the “not-so-Great” global world, run by the great merchants of the earth and their puppet masters. The greater good is nowhere in it for humanity! We are watching it in real time with Hurricane Helene! They DEW it in our face and then lie about it.
They have lied about natural carbon exchanges between mammals and plants to help each thrive and turned it into a poison. Plants need carbon emissions (carbon dioxide) in order to thrive, and humans need oxygen produced by plants. They repeated the climate change lies over and over again with all sorts of pseudo-science that younger and even older generations believe it all. At the same time the 1% have their steaks, fly on their jets, eat organic and have access to health treatments and fallout shelters the 99% don’t have. Then there is their commodity called human and child trafficking. They do not care about humanity, that is clear. If they did they would not be poisoning innocent people, animals and the planet in a multitude of ways. It appears that everything they do is opposite of what they say.
That being said… let us look at our body and how what they are DEWing affects it. See “Part 2 We’re In This Up To The Finish Line – There’s NO Going Back! In this chapter we will go over “free radicals and how they invade the body, how body exchanges work, what’s in our food, how to eat to assist the body to heal, and other wonders in the universe that affect the health of the human body.
Keep on pressing into the Kingdom of God! Press, press, press!
