There are several articles making this claim based on the 2013 Supreme Court Ruling, however… it doesn’t appear to say the things people are claiming and posting in other articles. The link in the articles goes to a Supreme Court page that says the information is not availabe.

Conclusion regarding the video and articles: The Supreme Court did allow patents on DNA, however bold that was, the question is… what does God say? And what will the people say? The vaxed were victims, so even if any of this is true, I’m not sure if any of this will hold up in any real court of law. For the COVID Lockstep falls under treason and crimes against humanity. What they have done was to patent their own inhumane research with cloning, and all sorts of genetic experiments. These are crimes against humanity and not a patent for profit enterprise. To me, it is like trying to place a patent on the perfect way to murder someone. So no one can do it the way you do? It also appears to be a wicked attempt to legally own the victim so they cannot sue the pharmaceutical company for damages and or death. This is all monstrous and Frankenstein.

Just because you harm or murder someone with your patent does not make that person your property or less than a person, it makes the patent owner a murderer.

The truth requires us to follow the two greatest commands of God in all that we do, and not to just say that we do so. I hate to say it, but there is some truth to them legally owning a person vaccinated with mRNA. To these mega corps you are now no different than a GMO, because mRNA is genetic manipulation in plants – so why not people? Consider the fact that the vegetable corn having been GMO’d by Monsanto gave them the right to own not just the seed purchased to grow a Monsanto corn crop but also the progeny into the future. It is illegal to save corn from a Monsanto crop and sow it the next year, because it is patented and therefore belongs to Monsanto. You can’t grow another crop with that corn unless you’ve paid for the right to do so. Of course, Monsanto no longer exits now that they were absorbed by Bayer, but Bayer still retains the rights to all that patented seed… whether it was purchased from them or saved and replanted the next year. I don’t see how patent laws will change simply because now it’s a human versus a crop. I’ve spent a lot of time in the past investigating this stuff for my work as a magazine editor. GMO patent holders get downright lethal in the legal system. Do you have any idea how many farmers were driven into bankruptcy who did NOT regrow seed from patented corn but Monsanto said they did and so it was true in court?
And yes, mRNA has never before had any other purpose but genetic manipulation, the outcome of which makes the manipulated entity property of the patent holder. The fact that they were mRNA injections was an instant red flag for me when the jabs rolled out. And they were saying that no, it cannot alter your genetic makeup. Right. That’s exactly what mRNA was designed to do. And anything altered by mRNA belongs to someone other than itself.
Is that evil? Yes. Is it legal? In terms of modern society’s laws, yes. Will it stand in a court of law? How much expendable cash do you have? You’re gonna need a boatload of it to even try to fight one of these huge corporations in court. Just like the farmers, you’ll quickly learn that the serpent out trying to ruin you has unlimited funds and a lot of dirty tricks ready to roll out to defeat you.
A person can’t be partially owned by someone else. You either are, or you are not. Nut if have mRNA inside you in a patent court, you’re definitely not a sovereign human anymore. It doesn’t leave like they said it did either. I believe all they need is a blood test to prove that you have their patented property on board. Maybe just a saliva swab.
