A truck driver and $2,000 beat out the 2nd most powerful man in New Jersey!
“I joked with people and I said, ‘I’m going to shock the world, I’m going to beat this man,’” Durr said Wednesday afternoon. “I was saying it, but really kind of joking. Because what chance did a person like me really stand against this man? He’s literally the second-most powerful person in the state of New Jersey.”
New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney, one of the most powerful elected officials in the garden State, has finally conceded his race to a pro-life Republican truck driver, Edward Durr.
ONLY IN THE “REAL AMERICA” THAT IS ONCE AGAIN EMERGING IN “HYPNOTIC NOVEMBER”, CAN A TRUCK DRIVER WITH A FEW BUCKS, NO MORE THAN $2,000 SPENT ON HIS ENTIRE RACE….. BEAT A 20 YEAR ENCUMBANT WITH BIG BUCKS PUSHING HIS CAMPAIGN.
Sweeney conceded the race and stated, “I of course accept the results. I want to congratulate Mr. Durr and wish him the best of luck. It was a red wave.” He also somehow skewed the win with the overwhelming Republican turnout in his suburban district of Philadelphia? But whatever logic he has, he’s out and he can rearrange his thoughts in any way he needs to in order to justify the fact that people are fed up with the tyrannical leftwing tactics. They are tired of the communist RESET and all of the lawlessness.
Edward Durr is a 58 year old truck driver for the Raymour & Flanigan furniture chain. He had previously told The Post that his “interest to get involved in politics” stemmed from “following Trump’s election” as president in 2016.

President Trump weighed in making a phone call to the new State Senator Elect Ed Durr!
“Well, you take care,” Trump could be heard telling Durr, as someone with the senator-elect exclaimed, “Oh my God!”
“Anything I can do, you let me know. OK? Let me know,” Trump, told him in the call posted to the Gloucester County GOP’s Facebook page on Sunday. (click link and listen to the call.)
“Thank you very much, sir,” Durr responded respectfully. “And you know you can call me at any time,” he told the 45th commander-in-chief.
Trump replied, “Well, I know that, and I know you say great things.”
