SUPER PAC CRAZY~HOLD ONTO YOUR CASH YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT!

I just don’t understand why we need to contribute to a super PAC for Ryan to do his job as newly elected speaker of the house?  Does anyone else understand why?  If so, please explain this to me. Who else received one of these emails?
