  1. The Israelites had a “slave” mentality. They were slaves and their lives were difficult and torturous – but they were completely dependent on the Egyptians. They were fed and housed and clothed. They had zero decisions to make on a daily basis. These were not a people who would fight for their rights to be free. Nor would they understand gratitude.
Never mind that Pharaoh had ordered their first born male children to be killed….they still complained and built a Golden Calf.
They could have gotten from Egypt to Canaan in a very short period of time, all things considered, but the Creator had them wondering around for 40 years. An entire generation had to be born Into freedom, learning how to get along in a society of justice.
Another awesome post from you Dianne – you are a treasure!!

  2. On this blog it is the second time today I have heard of the ways of the LORD using both sides of the message to help His people and chide his wayward creations. Jacob Prasch also had a message of this. We so often have the tendency to lift up what we see as righteous and pray for or put down the sinner. After years of working with the people of the streets I LEARNED from THEM when I was there to help them and they learned from me. Each of us has a path to “come out of HER” and must find HER and learn to come out. This is a wonderful site. After years in “churchdom” I learned the good and then the heresy and moved on. Now as I am up late as usual on The Sabbath Day that YeHoVaH/Yeshua/Ruach celebrate from Genesis and forever on I realize the path is personal and yet universal, joyful and yet sorrowful, but sites like this make me realize I am not alone in my belief that YeHoVaH is at work right now in us all to gather together in the Body of Messiah to do His great work. May we all be so very blessed in Messiah as the branches in the Vine of Yeshua and bloom good figs to give root to those who grew up on the bad fig path and share His Love with them to step out and bloom for themselves – in Messiah. Thanks for this site; I love it.

  3. What a timely piece. Truckers protesting, parents confronting, Doctors speaking out, and truth is being revealed left and right. Nobody can stop what is coming.
Something huge is brewing in the air. I can feel it in my Spirit. Let’s see what happens this weekend. Everyone, hold on tight and stay in prayer.

  4. I had a dream about 9/12 months ago and it was like I was enjoying a beautiful day as usual when suddenly I saw what seem to be a indoor pool and there was maybe 12/15 adults/kids enjoying the pool so I felt that I wanted to go into the water looked so inviting/refreshing so as I got in the water went to my chest but I noticed the waters clarity there was just something so pure about this water and I realized these people were bringing up objects from under the water so I just said Lord, I want one and he said so, reach down and get it, so as I reached down and pulled it up it was like it was a small toy and as I turned my hand over I realized it was baby Jesus in a manger but as I looked closer I saw that the manger held the baby but the baby as I pulled it towards me and it popped out of the manger but about three months prior I had a 1st dream where my house had been broke into and I prayed about what Lord are you showing me and crystal clear the Lord said, I told you Behold I come as a thief in the night so I believe the time is close at hand!!!

  5. Thank you for the verse from Deuteronomy 1 that you quoted above:

    • The LORD our God said to us at Horeb: “You have stayed at this mountain long enough. Resume your journey … (verses 6 and 7)

It’s been like a whisper from God every time I see those words. How long will I circle the mountain (the obstacle of the day), before I finally move ahead in my journey with God, trusting Him with everything?

And that thing Jesus said about two or three of us gathering together in His name? And He said when that happens, He is there in our midst? Yeah, with every post of yours, and the wonderful comments I read from all of those who share, it’s that kind of a worship service for me.
