The article claims Sidney is a military lawyer but provides no linked documentation. That’s a big red flag just there.
Sidney Powell is a Federal Appellate Attorney and is now representing the people of the United States of America. She is not JAG. However, you do not have to be a Judge Advocate General to represent military in a military tribunal. She is prosecuting on behalf of the people of the United States of America and taking it to the Supreme Court or the Military Tribunal where ever it ends up.

There’s no such thing as a “military lawyer”! You’re either JAG or a civilian attorney. Civilian attorneys do NOT have to be certified to practice law in a military case. Any defendant in a military case is constitutionally allowed to be represented either jointly with a JAG attorney or solely, based on a defendants choice.
