Finally, the Court has no occasion to decide whether the statutory phrase “system of emission reduction” refers exclusively to measures that improve the pollution performance of individual sources, such that all other actions are ineligible to qualify as the BSER. It is pertinent to the Court’s analysis that EPA has acted consistent with such a limitation for four decades. But the only question before the Court is more narrow: whether the: Best system of emission reduction” identified by EPA in the Clean Power Plan was within the authority granted to the Agency in Section 111(d) of the Clean Air Act. For the reasons give, the answer is no. Pp. 28-31.

We the people are just beginning. We must now bring the rest of the executive Orders before the Supreme Court that are unconstitutional. The entire onslaught of E.O.’s were designed to destroy America from within and allow Climate Change destroying ideology to take over and do what could not be done legally within the rights of the constitution.

In short the climate change package is a trade deal that explains who gets what and when….it always has been. But you are fed a dish of lies and told to suck it up on your way down.
As long as people are told lies and the masses believe those lies…you will have people agreeing to things that cut off the legs they walk about on. These will continue to take jabs that have permanent side effects and many will die. You cannot stop those who believe lies and do as they are told … even at the cost of death to their own bodies… you can’t change their decisions. But you can go forward with sanity and step around them as they fall over by their own poor choices. Hold the line and keep pushing to Make America Great Again. Leave the adults with “poor choice” syndrom alone. At this point, they are not coming out of anything…they are squatting smack in the middle of it and denying you the right to use your own free will… if you allow it. Don’t allow it and stay focused on the Lord. Hold the line.
People have the right to go solar, go wind, wear five masks at a time, eat celebrity flesh petri dish meat, take jabs as many as they want, and shout my body my choice to kill another human soul, but it doesn’t mean any of it is the right thing to do, nor does it mean any of it makes sound sense. It also doesn’t mean that everyone has to think as they do and do what they do. In America we do have a bill of rights and a constitution that allows basic freedoms. Forcing others to comply with one sided, and not so smart RESET mandates is not constitutional. It is tyrannical and deprives basic unalienable God given rights. Most all of it is lawlessness.
Meanwhile, we gasp at the lawlessness as we hear about (because we are not watching) the infamous congressional Kangaroo Court led by Cheney and her Vendetta unselect committee. This is NOT EVEN A LEGITIMATE COURT.
So, here we are, watching the SCOTUS make real rulings while the Dems are having “In the land of Oz Red Queen Liar Court” defaming everyones reputation with a fake news press doing wrap up smears based on down right lies from fake witnesses willing to commit perjury and hearsay.
Come out from her my people lest you share in her plagues is not a cliché. It is a command from God…you, however, have the free will to choose who you shall listen to and what you will believe. God did not create robots…that is what the KM rulers of the beast system are doing with their propaganda lies, gaslighting, transhumanism A.I. agenda, and lawless mandates.

341,735-acres burned as of today. Research by Dr. Thomas Bonnicksen found that wildfires emit greenhouse gasses at a rate equivalent to 48 cars per acre. That means we would need to take 16,403,280 cars off the road and lock them in a garage for a year to compensate for the emissions alone on just this one wildfire. #saveamericanforests #thinthethreat
just one wildfire! Carbon release from wildlife could be brought under control with applied forest management on federal timberland. If the federal government would return land management back to communities, significant progress could be made in green house carbon! But it’s ok to have EPA to overstep authorities to regulate industries!
