At the time this occurred Kyle was a 17 year old defending his very life against armed gunmen. He lived through it and now has to defend why he didn’t just let them kill him? I’m sure his PTSD is off the charts reliving his fight to survive.
Let this soak in, an 18 year old, now on trial for not letting armed thugs kill him when he was 17. Is this even America anymore?

So there you have it…admission that this is self defense and three were out to kill the kid. One lived and admitted he had HIS GUN AIMED AT THE FACE OF Kyle, a 17 year old kid. NOT GUILTY!

Fake News will not tell you that Kyle is an Antioch Fire Department – Fire Cadet, and is certified in CPR. He worked at the business he was protecting, and crossed state lines daily to go to work. He was protecting his place of employment at a time where the Police were ordered to stand down and let gangs burn up the city. Kyle was putting out fires and had first aid for any who were injured. He went there to help put out fires and assist the injured. He was never there to fight. He was threatened verbally, chased down, beaten in the head with a skate board, kicked with intent to do bodily harm and had two armed gunmen aiming at him with firearms with intent to kill him.

“Malicious prosecution” is the description of this BS. Thomas Binger must be disbarred, and the state and Binger best make Kyle a wealthy man.
My Kudos and respect (thus far) to Judge Schroeder. Schroeder spanked Binger on more than one occasion, to the point that, if I on the Bench, I would have already declared a mistrial, with prejudice. I would already have Binger in front of the Bar, and demand removal of his license to practice — PUTZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Kyle can absolutely emerge victorious, not a broken young man. Life has thrown many trials at people. On the other side of those trials can emerge gold, priceless gems of integrity, character, spiritual fortitude, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately, our society often wants to continue victimizing people who are victimized by society, like Kyle has been. One of the most supportive steps we can do for Kyle is to empower him with our belief that he can be and is an overcomer. He is a victor, not a victim. He can come through this fire like precious metals of gold, unscathed. And most importantly, I thought I read early on that he had a church family, which perhaps indicates he has faith in Jesus. If that is true, imagine the young lives he can be a role model to. Let’s lift him up higher and higher so he feels our prayers of confidence and faith in him. Kyle, the overcomer! But somewhere I saw a comment that suggested the prosecution against Kyle may be TRYING to promote a mistrial, so that an acquittal can’t be possible, just to save their behinds from an embarrassing loss. If true, then these people truly are sick. And why isn’t the person who aimed his gun at Kyle not being charged with attempted manslaughter?
Another comment said the judge’s phone rang during the trial, and the ring tone was “Proud to be an American.” If true, maybe we have a judge who will put his faith into action and make sure this trial is fair for Kyle. And finally, Facebook appears to be blocking any searches for info about this trial, so once again, not surprising. I watched all of Kyle’s testimony yesterday. Quite candidly, I don’t watch the legacy media so I was unaware just how badly they had portrayed him. At first I wondered why the Defense put him on the stand. As risky as it was, I now understand that they fully realize that so much of this case hinges on the court of public opinion. He did a marvelous job, because he’s telling the truth. And, as a mother of sons, my heart breaks for his clearly distraught mother in the courtroom. The fact he maintained his composure while his mother was sobbing is even more impressive.
While we sit here with clear evidence that he was only defending himself, we all know the facts don’t much matter anymore to people with a nefarious agenda. I believe it is going to largely rest with the jury unless the Judge steps in first and dismisses on insufficient grounds. I will say this about Wisconsin though. I lived in the upper Midwest several decades ago. Fall Hunting Season was a huge, huge deal there. You couldn’t drive down a Wisconsin highway without seeing dozens of deer atop cars and trucks. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that Wisconsin has among the highest percentage of gun owners in America. Let’s pray he’s got a few hunters on his jury.

I often wonder would they have come here had they the foresight to know America today.
As a child, impressed with photos & traditions, I expressed how nice it would be if we could all go back to their homeland. My grandmother, a woman with a spine of steel, said sternly, “If it was that bloody good, we’d all still be there. You’re an American & never forget it!”

Praise God! I can’t imagine what Kyle has gone through since that awful night. I saw videos from street cameras strung together in order. For a 17yo he sure kept his head about him as he ran for his life. He only did what he had to do and nothing more. It’s a shame they went after him instead of all the BLM goons who destroyed property and then maimed and killed so many people. Thank God for a judge who didn’t put up with any crap from the prosecutors with an agenda. I was just about to pray for the trial to end with justice for Kyle when I got the email notification. Thanks for the good news!!!
