When the DC Jury and Courts come together, facts and truth are thrown out in the same manner as the Red Queen’s Court in Alice in Wonderland. So what’s next on the docket to restore law and order in our fairy tale land of the WHO?
The facts were there, laid out with more than sufficient evidence to prove Sussmann’s guilt. Fact one was proven that Sussmann lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker in order to get a meeting to pass the Alfa Bank hoax materials to the FBI. Sussmann lied again during the meeting – stating he was not there on behalf of a client – in order to get the FBI to open an investigation into the Trump Organization’s purported ties with Alfa Bank. Sussman had even admitted to Congress he met with Baker on behalf of a client and billing records proved he was working on behalf of the Clinton Campaign on the Alfa Bank project. So how does this jury say not guilty?
Judge Christopher Cooper, who oversaw the jury trial, tailored testimony in an apparent attempt to limit such polarization, barred prosecutors from discussing the accuracy of the Alfa Bank data and said the jury could only consider Sussmann’s Sept. 19 statement to Baker and not the text message the night before, when deciding his guilt. So what happens next? It is now proven there is no law and order in DC. But then again… that’s a corporation plot of land and the courts there are indeed in the midst of the swamp and run by the lawless marauders.

The ending was definitely telling that President Trump was not pleased… “Our Country is going to hell, and Michael Sussman is not Guilty. How’s everything else doing? Enjoy your day!!!”
So when the trial PROVES Hillary Clinton perpetrated massive fraud, and the Jury members are selected to include those who are partial towards the defendent as “in favor of” … it all goes to say that our court systems are corrupt… but if we say the truth the fake news shouts…you are a poor loser. This is about lawlessness. I mean this can’t get any more like a movie. The truth comes out and a rigged jury says innocent, while the fake news does its wrap up smear. Something about if Hilary goes down so does the rest of the Dems…must have been hitting close.
But, none of this was actually a surprise now was it? Meanwhile President Trump is calling on the Pulitzer Prize Board to rescind the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for news agencies who won it for fake news. Will this prove to bring out the verdict he was needing that the DC Swamp failed to give?
I mean… suing the Pulitzer for giving prize out for false news…does bring the entire case back out into the open. LET IT BE DONE!
President Trump is calling on the Pulitzer Prize Board to rescind the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting awarded to The New York Times and the Washington Post that was fake news, (wrap up smear) to push Clinton narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 election. If they do not, President Trump says he will see them in court.

Windlord pointed out below in the comments that it was to expose all the names of who are involved of which he successfully did with his 40 page indictment. The case was won…the corrupt jury and Judge were one more lawless piece exposed as a big problem in our Judicial system. But, this is 3D chess and so… we shall see the next moves.

I have to agree with many others that bring forth the observations that nailing another swamp rat like Sussmann would be step forward for “Truth, Justice, and the American Way”, but in the the scheme of things he’s like the proverbial ‘gateway drug’. Not of much consequence unless you see where it leads.
Durham did not need a 40 page indictment to charge Sussmann with lying to the FBI. Most of those indictments are 2-4 pages.
What it does do, is put all the players in the open and set the table with many of the ‘minions’ on record and under oath (should any of them become “suicidal” in the near future). A Federal Prosecutor like Durham doesn’t spend 5+ years for a lying to the FBI conviction.
There are a host of ‘Big Fish’ to fry and Sussmann wasn’t one of them. Besides a Sedition Conspiracy is a much more appropriate charge than Lying to the FBI. Time will tell.
The trial also provided Durham with the Fusion GPS, Joffe, FBI, DNC, Clinton, Perkins Coie, e-mails and exposed Joffe, the FBI, and others, as well as put Elias on the record. Most importantly, he linked Hillery directly to the scam.
Not bad for a 7 day trial.
Also note the obvious exposure of the corruption in the DC judicial system. One more judge exposed! Most of these guys don’t compromise themselves like that for any “Loyalties”. The coercion and blackmail will need to be exposed as well.
Right now all Durham has is a political “dirty tricks” case. What he’s headed towards is Treason, Sedition, and a RICO collusion case with international implications. Remember all the time he spent with Attorney General Bill Barr in Germany and Italy? All in God’s time.

Agree completely. It’s a first move in a much longer and deeper process, and there were probably many useful findings by Durham. I’m wondering how many rolled over and pointed fingers while this case was being pursued, which built a bigger foundation for future indictments.
I have been praying since Nov 2020 for God to expose the corruption, and to bring justice. This news today is just one more facet of the deep corruption that needs to be addressed.

Not surprised at all by the verdict. General McInerney said a long time ago that the Military was the only way. I believe he is correct. There has to be a tipping point though. I have tried, in my mind, to figure out how or what would have to happen to trigger that. If we go to war with China over Taiwan and biden surrenders, and he would, is one. There are others. But nevertheless the outcome will still be the same. God Wins.
Dont lose sight of that and this mess we are witnessing will be easier to take.
