Did you know that there are only four major companies that make up the meat-packing giants – JBS, Tyson Foods, Cargill, and National Beef Packing – these control 80% of the U.S. beef market. This is another area where the concentration of power has lorded over the food supply, also known as “BIG FOOD”. They control the food industry, by having requirements that farmers have to adhere to or they will not buy their goods. So, farmers comply in order to sell, and if something goes wrong… the big guys controlling at the top claim it’s not their problem because they are just a buyer. They are not the farmer. See how that has worked for them? At least up to now…. for today these meat packing giants are at the center of McDonald’s lawsuit.
McDonalds alleges that these meat packing companies have worked together to limit beef supplies since 2015. They claim they have controlled the output and thereby, allegedly drove up prices artificially.
Now this is not new, it’s been the same sort of market control that has affected everyone from small restaurants to families buying ground beef for their families. It’s the old monopoly trick, sorta, when one or in this case a handful of companies ban together and gain power to manipulate the market. It’s a “stronger together” sort of thingy, meaning that together they don’t have to worry about the competition under pricing them because there is none. It’s the old “in it together” sort of thingy. And in this case McDonald’s claims they violated antitrust laws.
U.S. antitrust laws are designed to prevent companies from working together to stifle competition. In a nutshell, they all agreed to the same selling price to eliminate any competition, thereby controlling the market pricing. It’s a backdoor monopoly move. “This is the going market rate, and we are the market. End of story.”
McDonalds says that’s not fair competition. I say, “Ya think?” What do you say?

Enter Cargill…
We talked about Cargill a bit, but that seemed to go over people’s heads as it wasn’t a hot topic for the elections or about anything Elon was wearing when he jumped up like a bobble on stage. It was more on how they controlled a lot of markets including food and energy, and all the precious mining of things like phosphorous.
That is the distraction problem that has befallen America and the world since the dawn of time, times and half a time. (Let’s debate that line and what it means another day.) For now it means to me, at least in the sense of how I am using it, since the days before, present and future. McDonald’s is arguing that the meat packers have been engaging in anticompetitive practices by coordinating their actions. This alleged collusion has allowed them to charge “illegally inflated” prices for beef. Hello? Trump has been shouting about market manipulation for how long now? Well it was way before he was president.
The lawsuit claims this sort of illegal activity has been ongoing since at least January 2015 and continues to this day.
In an article from Chef Recipe.com, they stated that if the allegations are true, it means that every time McDonald’s (and by extension, its customers) bought beef, they were paying more than they should have in a truly competitive market. This kind of behavior doesn’t just hurt big companies – it can have a ripple effect throughout the entire economy.
They stated that “McDonald’s is asking for triple the amount of damages it has sustained, plus interest. This triple damage provision is common in antitrust cases and is designed to punish wrongdoers and deter future violations.” But most importantly, McDonald’s is also asking the court to put a stop to the alleged price-fixing behavior. They want a permanent injunction that would prevent the meat packers from continuing their alleged conspiracy. It’s like asking the teacher to not just punish the cheaters, but also to change the seating arrangement so they can’t cheat again!
Wouldn’t that be great?
We aren’t talking about the cattle ranchers and farmers here, we are talking about the big meat packers. McDonald’s is a buyer from the meat packer. The fact is that other major companies like BJ’s Wholesale, Sodexo, Target, and Aldi have filed similar lawsuits. Chef Recipe.com said that “even the U.S. government has gotten involved, with the Justice Department reportedly sending subpoenas to the four major meatpackers as part of an antitrust probe.
Of course, the meat industry isn’t taking these accusations lying down. They argue that there are other factors behind the increase in beef prices. One major point they make is about supply and demand. The meat packers claim that larger market forces, not collusion, are driving prices up. They’ve also pointed to issues like labor shortages during the COVID-19 pandemic as reasons for higher prices.”
Are you ready to call out the meat packers and shout bologna yet?

Well by this time we all pretty much know who is behind these big ideas… it is all part of the Global Climate Change and cow fart thingy along with humans need to save the planet by accepting the fact that they must get into eating bugs. The way the price of beef is heading out of control… it just may drive some to do such a thing, or at least try their celebrity meat they make in the labs. The WEF Bill Gates options are almost what is left for some who are still wearing masks and getting boosters. There is a lot more going on behind the veil of secret things than the bologna they are selling to the courts in this lawsuit defense!
If McDonald’s wins, it could open the floodgates for similar lawsuits from other restaurants and food companies. This could potentially reshape the entire meat industry, leading to more competition and, ideally, lower prices for consumers. And why is it that consumers don’t get to sue for price gauging? I mean… they get it from all sides…from eating bad food and getting sick, to paying the high prices with no compensation. Our reward is a little pat on the head and the promise that they will never do that again, with fingers crossed as they say under their breath…”until tomorrow”. Or so it appears that’s always been the drill. Unless you got food poisoning and suffered in a major way… you are just out there on your own.
But that’s kinda how it’s always been and what people are longing to go back to… or something like that? You know the days where one person gets a big lawsuit win for spilling hot coffee in their lap in the car… and meanwhile, the FDA can allow all sorts of contaminates to be put into our food supply and say, “it is allowable”. So, eat it up. I mean they are already putting crickets and worms in things along with all the other long names of chemicals and stuff that doesn’t belong in any food source at all, EVER!
The McDonald’s lawsuit shines a spotlight on the intricate “weaved” web connecting fast food chains, meat producers, and even some cattle ranchers together with big industry controllers, and by chance or purpose, you can decide… President Trump working there for a few hours. His short lived burger flipping just put everything they do in the spotlight, which means, this is not going to be soon forgotten, it is going to be followed like an impeachment!
We are talking about meat packers here, but let’s not forget the same giants that control the meat packers, control the Genetically Modified Seeds!

It looks like we are going to see and hear the truth about what “Big Food” has been doing to our meat, and the entire supply chain from produce, dairy, chicken, eggs, cereals, both processed and fresh, etc., anything that ends up in our mouths qualified by the agencies as allowable food sources whenever we buy any food from the big stores and chains.
Big Food is about to be tried in the fire on their GMO food production. They claim a lot of things … but, they are careful to only talk in generalities and mostly about what it does for crop growth, and yield, being pesticide resistant, etc. They don’t tell you what it does to your health! What exactly does “improved nutritional content mean?

McDonald’s, is just one cog in the food wheel and if they no longer existed, people would still be eating food from other restaurant sources and what they buy from the store. The problem would still exist. That being said this is much bigger than a fast-food chain scuffle over prices. Trust me when I say watch as the fake news reports make it sound like the people would all starve to death without these global supply controllers. While another side will try to make us believe that people would fall off the earth without the arches. This simply isn’t so.
What the lawsuit will do when and if it is successful, is show how the systems of corporate price controls actually operate. It just might be part of a bigger plan to restore healthy food back to the people! To find out more about the lawsuit, read: McDonald’s Files Lawsuit Against Beef Suppliers (thechefrecipe.com)
ENTER CARGILL AND OUR FARMERS… LET’S DO A “ROUND UP”!
The following excerpts are from Mighty-Earth-Report-Cargill-The-Worst-Company-in-the-World-July-2019.pdf (mightyearth.org) Click on link to read the entire report.
The report begins very boldly stating, “The worst company in the world. We recognize that this is an audacious claim. But when it comes to addressing the most important problems facing our world, including the destruction of the natural environment, the pollution of our air and water, the warming of the globe, the displacement The of Indigenous peoples, child labor, and global poverty, Cargill is not only consistently in last place, but is driving these problems at a scale that dwarfs their closest competitors.“
They go on to say, “From having their membership in the Chicago Board of Trade suspended shortly after incorporating for trying to corner the market on corn and artificially drive up its price, to being responsible for the distribution of more than 150,000 pounds of contaminated beef to supermarkets just last year — Cargill has a long and sordid history of duplicity, deception and destruction. Just the past two decades provide dozens of examples. See PDF here.”

More Excerpts;
“Throughout its history, it appears that Cargill has exhibited a disturbing and repetitive pattern of deception and destruction. As many reports have detailed, its practices have ranged from violating trade embargoes and price fixing, to ignoring health codes and creating markets for goods produced with child and forced labor. Under pressure, Cargill has reformed its practices in many areas — which shows that it can change when it wants to. But contrary to its view of itself as a leader, it usually comes in dead last. It has remained a laggard across multiple industries, trailing peers like Louis Dreyfus and Wilmar. Shortly after incorporating under its present name 80 years ago, Cargill was thrown out of the nation’s largest futures and options exchange for trying to corner the market on corn. Decades later, in 2017, Cargill was fined $10 million by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission for years of deliberately misreporting its trade values — by up to 90% — in order to defraud both the government and its trading partners.”
“As this report was going to press, David Dines, the executive who created and oversaw the department responsible for these violations at Cargill, was promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In 2018, Cargill was responsible for the distribution of more than 70 tons of contaminated beef to supermarkets. In between, the company has plundered the planet and shortchanged its workers and farmers, all while generating enough wealth to create more billionaires than in any other family in the world. Cargill today has greater influence than even many governments over the fate of our world. Companies like Cargill — and business partners and customers like Ahold Delhaize (Stop & Shop, Giant, Food Lion, and Hannafords), McDonald’s, and Sysco that sell their products to consumers — bear significant responsibility for the planet’s severe environmental crisis.”
What constitutes crimes against humanity, and what does the Trump E.O. say about what happens to those who commit such crimes?

More Excerpts: “In 2014 at the United Nations Climate Summit, Cargill CEO David MacLennan stood beside UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to pledge action on climate change by eliminating deforestation from its supply chain. “I am proud to announce today that Cargill will take practical measures to protect forests across our agricultural supply chains around the world,” said MacLennan, as he joined 150 countries, businesses, and civil society organizations to announce their support for the New York Declaration that sets a goal of dramatically reducing global deforestation. Because of Cargill’s size and impact, its signing the pledge was hailed as having the potential to dramatically decrease deforestation, curb climate change, and protect communities around the world.
“But after the summit ended and applause died down, Cargill dropped the ball. And then they stomped on it. Since the signing of the Declaration, Cargill has continued to drive the destruction of pristine landscapes, remaining one of the worst actors on the world stage, and one of the greatest threats to native ecosystems across the globe. For years, Mighty Earth, other conservation organizations, and Cargill’s largest customers have tried to hold Cargill accountable for delivering on its promises to reform to no avail. Now, five years after Cargill’s pledge, and less than one year left in the timeline to end deforestation in its supply chain, comes the dawning of a potential anti-environment free for-all in Brazil. It is time for those customers to stop aiding and abetting Cargill by buying and selling their products.“
“Major meat producers like Cargill that have consolidated control over the market have the leverage to dramatically improve their environmental impact. Yet to date they have done little — ignoring public concerns and allowing the environmentally damaging practices for feeding and raising meat to expand largely unchecked. And for the past three years, ten of Cargill’s facilities have been out of compliance with EPA emissions regulations every single quarter.”
“Cargill’s top customers — including Ahold Delhaize, McDonalds, WalMart, Sysco and others — are serious about their commitments to sustainability and human rights, they will cut their ties with Cargill, or risk being complicit in one of the greatest environmental and human rights crime sprees in history.“

DID YOU KNOW THIS? The Food Industry was Purchased by the Cigarette Industry: “Our Food now is Literally a Science Experiment to Addict Children” — The Food Pyramid LIE!
IN THE 90’s, the two largest food companies in the world were RJ Reynolds Phillip Morris
• when the Surgeon General said cigarettes were problematic, Cigarette Companies used their cash piles to buy entire sections of the Food Companies.
—— the two biggest Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) deals in world history up until the 90’s were the Cigarette Companies buying food companies.
THESE TWO cigarette companies shifted their thousands of Scientists from making cigarettes addictive to the food—— “our food now is a science experiment.”
• The Cigarette Industry then shifted all of their lobbying to lobbying for food… and created the horrible Food Pyramid where carbs and sugar were the base of the Pyramid!
So do you now see where this is going and why President Trump went to work for McDonalds to create interest in their business?
He is a genius at weaving truth in a way where sooner or later, everyone sees it! And once they see it they can’t unsee it! You see, the McDonald’s lawsuit was filed on October 4, 2024, in a Brooklyn federal court, involving meat companies JBS, Tyson Foods, Cargill, and National Meat Packing. The fake news wasn’t talking about any of that. So, here we have President Trump going to flip burgers on October 20, 2024, and the WHOLE WORLD was watching.
The question is why did he do that? Was it because of Harris 2.0 and her claims of working there or was Harris 2.0 part of the set up to make McDonald’s healthy again? Or was all of this just a big fat coincidence? I believe he is doing what he said he would do and that is get America’s food, water, air and energy sources great again! Why do you think he went to flip the burgers and heat up the fries?

There is always a reason President Trump does something. In the case of working at McDonalds, even for the hours he put in… he was truly “loving it”. Now we see the big spot light shining down on the arches and it appears the corporate offices, or at least those of the mega franchises who are NOT responsible for what corporate offices do… well, they are not happy with Cargill and the world of WEF sort of great merchant of the earth type of food. That being said… who wants to eat bugs? Klaus and the WEF lizard people (Trump calls them lizard people and they hate that.) Well lizards and lizard people can eat the bugs, God’s children will eat the food that He provided for all people and all creation to eat, from the land that he created. I see that manifesting in the heat of the battle. Do you?

Our God Reigns!!
Amen Brenda – they have played us like a fiddle and now we are on to their game and the systems that they use to do their monopolies!
I totally can’t stand McDonald’s but I do hope they win. Another deceptive trick that’s used in fast food chains, supermarkets and restaurants is meat glue. Here’s a video about that process.
https://youtu.be/OrEqMeWIVcA?si=qpc7xWKXOlFKEqMy
JP, I have connected the dots to see in all they do… their system is always the same web and it is to monopolize the market, control it and lie to our face that they are out to help when they are out to pacify and have you comply. When they get the tippy top giants to form an alliance, they control that industry. It works in the car industry, banking, food chains, education, films, corporations that control all the subsidiaries beneath them via BlackRock/Vanguard, congress, senate, agencies… medical, Big Food, Big Pharma… and when you look at the top it is always the same wealthy names who are controlling it all and pulling the puppet strings. Babylon the great is a world city… not just one city…. however their world offices do lie in NYC, and London and Switzerland…. of course the Vatican too. But the same secret societies control it all. All the industries are in the system and they decide who gets to be successful and who doesn’t. Be it a farmer, a musician, writer, Scientist, or Banker… whatever it is – they control in the very same manner.
This is very interesting! I agree with Tammy in that I can’t wait for healthy food options. I am very picky about what I buy but also have to manage my spending. I really don’t shop big grocery stores because it all looks like poison on the shelves!! As I learn more about the food I have eaten as a child, I wonder how I ever made it through life ! Thank God that somewhere along my journey in adult life I have learned to eat healthy and never took shots (other than what I had as a child). Thank God he watches over us!!
The reason ‘we’ made it this far is because they don’t want to kill us instantly but would rather have us sick and dependent on the medical and pharmaceutical complex our entire lives. They can make more money that way. But the real reason any of us are here is by God’s mercy and his grace. Smile
Amen to that.
Interesting! I truly hope to see a day when our food is real and wholesome. Did you know that the major food makers have 2 versions of food they sell? One is for the United States and the other is for the Europe and other countries. One is laden with poison and has tons of ingredients no one knows how to pronounce. The other is free of all the additives and toxic chemicals. Look it up to see for yourself. McDonald’s is a good example of what I’m talking about. The American version is literally illegal to be sold in most of the other big countries. The big question is why. Americans are the fattest most unhealthy people in the world because we are being poisoned from every angle. I’m sick of it and long for a world where I can live in peace not being attacked from all sides… air, food, water, and unseen frequencies all working together to make me less than. Enough already!
