Marco Rubio what have you done?
Little boy Senator Marco Rubio cast the deciding vote for Obamatrade on Tuesday as it squeeked through the U.S. Senate 60-37 and he did not even read the bill.
The Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) bill that would fast-track at least three highly secretive trade deals that Obama has been negotiating for years. TPA will, now that it’s going to pass, effectively ensure the congressional approval of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA) and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP). The text of the TiSA and T-TIP agreements is currently entirely secretive, even to lawmakers on Capitol Hill and their staffs, though WikiLeaks did uncover several TiSA documents that leaked and prove the deal would surrender congressional power over U.S. immigration policy to the executive branch and perhaps to a newly created transnational entity. At this stage of America ‘s decline, when it is hanging by a thread, the last thing “we the people” need is a “so what” attitude while committing a downright treasonous act. And yes, I am calling it treasonous for Rubio just handed Obama the power to do what ever he darn well pleases with illegal immigrants and amnesty. Rubio should be yanked out of office. The people of Florida have the power to recall him and I suggest they do that now !
If I sound mad, I am not alone. Rubio had plenty of flack from his peers and others. This Trade act was one of Obama’s special private bills, the kind that “You have to pass it to see what’s in it – Pelosi type top secret deals” The only way to read it was to take the time and effort to do so, something little Marco failed to do. To read it Senators had to go to a secret room inside the Capitol basement for classified readings and read it in person, they could not take notes, and only their staffers with high enough security clearances could go in with them to read it—and their staff could not go in without them.
It was one of those pat your head and rub your stomach at the same time while you hop on your left foot and count to ten backwards.
Now after 7 years of Obama’s secret deals, and especially after the Iran Trade Deal where the Obama executive branch pulled the same underhanded deceit, Little Boy Rubio should have had a clue that this was not a good deal. But, it all made sense after I recalled the CNN debate. Remember when Donald Trump called little Marco out on his voting absences in the Senate? I sure do. Rubio did what he does best – he blamed others and blew it off.
Little Marco looking a bit stunned by the question, held his head up high and with self righteous indignation answered smugly and firm,
“You’re right, I have missed some votes, and I’ll tell you why, Mr. Trump. Because in my years in the Senate, I’ve figured out very quickly that the political establishment in Washington, D.C. in both political parties is completely out of touch with the lives of our people,
“That’s why I’m missing votes. Because I am leaving the Senate, I’m not running for re-election, and I’m running for president because I know this: unless we have the right president, we cannot make America fulfill its potential, but with the right person in office, the 21st century can be the greatest era that our nation has ever known.”
Here’s where I pause and let you read his words of presidential wisdom once again. I had to read it several times before it all soaked in.
So he just blew off any self responsibility to do what his constituents voted him into office to do, which was to read the bills and vote in good conscience to represent their needs. Instead he belittled the entire senatorial process and did not even bother to read what he was casting a deciding vote for. A vote that would affect our lives, our children’s lives and all future generations. Why? Because HE DECIDED HE WAS LEAVING THE SENATE AND GOING TO BE PRESIDENT INSTEAD? Or was he a puppet and following some type of pay off for someone?
Little Marco should clean out his desk now and leave the Senate. On his way out, somebody should tell him he need not stick around for the rest of the Presidential run. The deal he just made with the devil has backfired big time and the devil himself is laughing.
Why do I call it a deal with the devil? Because Little Marco was well aware (with all his years in the senate) what it means to cast a deciding vote against the conscience of his constituents, let alone a bill that would hand the power of congress over to the President. Yet, he handed Obama his Trade act as easily as Justice Roberts handed him the Obama Care Act.
Let’s read again the last part of what Little Marco said, “unless we have the right president, we cannot make America fulfill its potential,with the right person in office, the 21st century can be the greatest era that our nation has ever known.”
This one statement told the story. Although the rest of the answer told a lot about the boy, this one reveals Rubio’s agenda. It is the one for the 21st century. I immediately thought, “Who has he been talking to?” The words are forceful – “right president?” – “make America?” “right person ?” “21st century?” “greatest era?” “ever known?”
All we need to add is a Heil Hitler at the end and you have all the makings of a Chuck Schumer Gang of 8 coaching Rubio how to get their “amnesty package” passed. Remember the old trick that is used in business? It’s easier to apologize for not reading fine print than to admit you read it and signed it anyway. But, then again, when you declare on stage at a debate that you are leaving the senate anyway?? Who cares? Especially if you’ve been promised that if you do this for us, we’ll make sure you get what you want? Note: That is just my suspicion, nothing more.
Yet, it warrants suspicion. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Al) read the bill and said this,
“The TPP text for the Pacific Rim trade deal would give the Sultan of Brunei—who has implemented Sharia Law in his nation and banned Christmas, literally—an “equal vote to that of the United States,”
That is a pretty alarming comment. Especially coming from Senator Sessions who has worked on immigration issues for a very long time.
Derry town councilman Mark Osborne also was shocked that Rubio didn’t read the bill before he voted for it.“I would be embarrassed to show for a town council meeting never having read the information that I needed to.
Taylor Brown, a conservative columnist for the South Carolina online news outlet FITSNews, told Breitbart News that Rubio’s actions are “completely irresponsible.”
“Senator Rubio already betrayed our trust by joining the Gang of 8 on immigration,” Coakley, who’s launched the Restore Our Honor PAC designed to try to get liberals out of the Republican Party, said in an email.
Mark my words Marco Rubio knew what he was doing. He just handed Obama the permission and power of congress to enact what ever trade deal he wants on immigration and heaven only knows what else was lurking inside.
Our only hope is to read it word by word and line by line to see if it can be thrown out due to it’s unconstitutional basis. But, then again, that would have to be interpreted by another corrupt legislative branch. Do we even dare? What if there is an amendment to the constitution lurking inside?
The only thing I know for certain is that this is far from over. It is just beginning. Rubio just betrayed the constitution and every freedom loving American. In closing I would like to quote a verse.

In 2012 Mark Levin attacked Rubio as the worst candidate for the presidency. Now all of a sudden Mr. Underground Bunker supports him? He is a Slash and Burn Conservative and the Author of this article is one also. So GTFOH with the lies! As for Teddy Cruz, well he hasn’t succeeded much on the Senate has he. Again GTFOH with this RINO remarks.
You really should be a little more accurate in your reporting if you want to be taken seriously. NOBODY has read Obamatrade and NOBODY has voted on it. It’s still being negotiated. As a matter of fact, TPA was voted on and it’s a good thing. It gives Congress the ability to actually make an up or down vote AND it made the trade deal transparent to the public ONCE ITS NEGOTIATED. Try and be a responsible journalist, report the truth and stop acting like a liberal.
The vote fast tracked the discussions for passing TTP. Apparently you are not aware that TPP passes the ILO’s Core Labor Standards on to every Partner Nation in the Deal as well as the Uruguay round of agreements.
Now what this means is that SE Asian countries which depend on child labor, forced labor, slave labor, and Human trafficking now have a 40% stake in 40% of the world’s trade for the next century which in aggregate is worth $28 Trillion dollars/year. Even Bernie Sanders noted how the trade agreement is backed by corporations that have off-shored millions of decent-paying jobs.
This bill threatens American sovereignty as it gives other nations the power to decide what the US will or will not allow concerning trade. The extension of time to negotiate this is another Trojan horse. Just like NAFTA was. During this so called ‘TIME” it allows Obama to write any trade agreements and only allows congress the time “for it is now fast tracked” to give an up or down vote and does not allow time to add to or negotiate the agreements for they are only allowed 90 days to read, discuss and vote. Personally I feel 90 days should be enough time but the way congress and the senate function it is not.

Shortly after entering Congress he betrayed those who elected him by going with the RINOs. He has tried numerous times to justify that action without ever really apologizing and now he has made it a whole lot worse. Does he really not understand?
He is not the only one…what about the other 59 Senators ?????? I’m sure he wasn’t the only Senator that didn’t read the bill…(if that is the real case).

You do realize that you copied the opening paragraph word for word from Breitbart and this story is not only from June but was already debunked, right? You could be sued for both plagiarism and libel for this.
And you do realize don’t you that I linked the entire Breitbart article to the story and only used the opening paragraph which is not considered plagiarism, nor is it libel. The source of the information credits Breitbart and gives them more coverage. As far as being debunked. Media propaganda is always debunking the truth. You must be a Rubio supporter. In the future look at all things before you point accusatory fingers.
It was not the first paragraph, it was the second. if you would have read the entire article you would have seen that current information was used to make the case point. and the past information was used as a witness to the current political behavior. You would have also noticed the (to read more click link below) directly under that so called plagiarized paragraph- giving the Breitbart author the full credit for providing that information. And if you would have read the link you would have seen that the Teaparty re-blogged the original Breitbart article as well.

It was a cloture vote. The number of votes needed to invoke cloture to three-fifths is (60) of Senate membership. His vote was the deciding factor.
Please stop! There were 59 other people who voted the same ways as him. You are just wanting to attack him like the media always does. BTW I am not sure who I am voting for yet, but these type of attacks only make me want to vote for the person more. Thank you for the help.
Ted Cruz voted on TPA with the idea that McConnel, the majority floor leader does not have a side deal that Import Export Bank , a government agency that caters to corporate welfare will continue. Well Ted found out after voting for TPA , Import Export Bank continues. This why Ted Cruz called McConnel a liar on the senate floor,
Yes. A lot of people think this was just a vote to discuss for the next six years without realizing it means they have given permission to allow Obama to do his dirty work to actually get piece by piece passed. Like a slow boiling frog. It is the beginning of a very dangerous end.

This is becoming tedious. Check the facts before posting. Just look at the photo on the Marshall Report page. No friend of Marco Rubio’s. First problem: Rubio has read the deal, according to his office. A member of his staff confirms that “Senator Rubio read the TPP text Months ago.” (The preliminary, unfinished text and negotiations are confidential — only congressmen and staffers with security clearance can go check it out.)
The further problem: Rubio wasn’t actually voting for the TPP today, a distinction that the Breitbart article repeatedly blurs.
Rubio has certainly read the text of the bill he voted to end debate on today — you can too, it’s right here. His office released the following statement about his vote today:( Trade Promotion Authority is a key component to advancing U.S. international trade goals, opening new markets to American goods and services, and ensuring continued American leadership in Asia and Europe. Renewing TPA will allow the U.S. to compete in the global marketplace, thus helping to grow our economy and create new opportunities for American workers and businesses).
The Breitbart piece — like much of the bad reporting on this issue, following the spin of trade opponents — pretends that Rubio voted for TPP, the actual trade deal, today (referred to, apparently, as “Obamatrade”) by voting for TPA, which gives the office of the president the power to bring deals to Congress for up-or-down approval over the next six years
Rubio hasn’t voted for TPP; that vote will come at some point in the future and he can vote against it then if he’s so moved.
In fact, it’s widely acknowledged that we have to give the president trade-promotion authority in order to have a deal to vote on at all – a preliminary version of which, again, Rubio has read.
Shari, thank you for taking the time to post this information. I am a Trump supporter, however I do appreciate truth. I have written in on this blog and on I Don’t Sleep I Write Blog articles pointing out wrongs for candidates I REALLY DON’T LIKE AT ALL in their defense. I defended Carly when Chris Wallace said there were no videos showing live fetus’s, I showed the video and defended her. (And I do not like to even hear her talk, but it was wrong to lie.) I also defended Carson on his Muslim remarks for they twisted what he said and misquoted him. (I also do not like him at all, except as a Doctor.) I thank you for pointing out what Breitbart was blurring. There are a lot of news reports out there saying the exact same thing. But, then again, the media is full of that. The comments from Rubio’s peers and others that denounce Rubio’s actions for not reading the bill are what they did say. So, it is what it is.
What everyone who watched the debate heard from Rubio himself was alarming. It showed his disrespect to the office he was voted in to serve and the constituents who voting him in to serve them.

This was a sad display and poor excuse. Imagine if he were president and decided that wasn’t what he thought it should be as well?

The TTP is full of surprises unlike what Rubio’s office reported.
WADR, The defense of the gope is what is “tedious”. As a Florida resident, I feel mr. rubio sold me a bill of goods, went to washington, and with the company of majority anti-leader mcconnell, has been laughing up his trhee button sleeve. He should know better, claiming a sanctuary city as his home.
It’s hard to believe that Marco Rubio would be so lack luster about something with this magnitude….I would like to hear Rubio’s rebuttle on this accusation….He’s too intelligent to have this read the way it does….
What he said at the debate “all my years in the senate” well, this was his first term. Schumer took him under his wing in the gang of 8 and he sold out or was promised something. He thought he knew how politics worked and he decided to play the devil’s game. He will soon find out how it really all works either that or he showed his true colors.
Gretchen, it is hard to read any of these people any more. I was there cheering him on as my friends in Florida were voting for him. It wasn’t long and they were shocked at how he was voting on issues. Nothing bad enough to cause any uproar, but bad enough to say they were not voting for him again. What harmed him the most was his Dream Act Support and Amnesty for every illegal which would include the criminal minded, and the drug cartels and ISIS and Et Al. He went far over the line when he decided not to do what he was voted in to do and vote on issues in the Senate. He has a terrible record. When he told his reasons why at the CNN Debate – it was all over for him. My friends in Florida were livid. The fact that he was asked repeatedly if he read the bill and he refused to answer was to reporters an admission that he had not. Now he says he did, but only after headlines say he did not. It is a shame, that this young man who showed so much promise when he first got involved in DC, would sell out his countrymen to get something bigger for himself!! Cruz read the bill and voted no. He voted against it. Sadly only a hand full read it. Paul also read it and voted no.
However ……. Ted Cruz vote for cloture for TPA ……. knowing it would pass when the whole Senate voted on it.
Cruz is just as guilty as the Rubio. He is sneaky and wants North American Union. His wife Heidi is on the CFR and helped right the manual for how to merge America into it one of the plans was no borders and increased illegal aliens.

Rubio is another Pelosi , vote the deciding vote on Transpacific Trade Deal without reading the bill. He is so obsessed of the 21st century that he wants to be president. In every speech he made, “21st century ” never misssed.

This has much to do with literary rights , trademarks , and CENSORSHIP and corporate control of government. As if they didn’t already have to much . Shame , shame , Shame on you Rubio , I guess I’ll throw away the copy of the Constitution you gave me at a tea party gathering . With TPP we I won’t need that copy anymore .
It’s sad commentary that any Senator would vote for anything they hadn’t read, yet it happens every day. This time, it may cost us more than we’re willing to give. I firmly believe the establishment wants him as their choice candidate. Perhaps he likes the potential power he would gain if he won… Whatever the case may be, he should apologize to America NOW for his negligence.
