Remember mandates are not laws. Anything that goes against the constitution of the United States, and or Laws on Record do not supercede the law. For example, an official such as a Mayor or Governor can mandate that all people who where blue on Monday’s be enslaved. That mandate is illegal, obsurd, and against the constitution. In addition to the Bill of Rights, and other amendments, the thirteeth Amendment and the Emancipation Proclamation supercedes the mandates that are enslaving all of us. Therefore, it is not to be enforced and if it is…that’s not only going rogue, it is treason against the people. Therefore, the elected official who mandated such a thing should be removed and charged accordingly. In addition the 14th Amendment spells it out for all of the out of control ones like the Gov. of Cali Michigan, Illinois, New York, mandating Mayors and others.
THE 14TH AMENDMENT OVERRIDES ANY LAW MADE AGAINST IT! LET ALONE A MANDATE!
The 14th Amendment says it all – That NO STATE shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1865 (after the Civil War), officially abolished slavery in the United States. The 13th Amendment states: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.” 13th Amendment
Not wearing a mask is not a crime. It actually is a crime to impose such a mandate on any person to make it a crime. Governors who tell you they are complying with the Federal Government by forcing the mandates are in violation of the 10th Amendment which prohibits the commandeering or forcing states to use their own resources to carry out federal policies. They infringe upon the first amendment, and are in violation of the 4th Amendment which is the “right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
The first amendment gives each one the right to freedom in religion, speech, press, petition, and assembly. All of these rights have been attacked.
First Amendment prohibits government from establishing a religion and protects each person’s right to practice (or not practice) any faith without government interference. So Fauci’s COVID cult is not to be forced on We The People. It protects us and gives us all the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. It prohibits any laws that establish a national religion, impede the free exercise of religion, abridge the freedom of speech, infringe upon the freedom of the press, interfere with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibit citizens from petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. Which our rights were denied on January 6th and even yet today, now making redress of grievances of the government school body a crime that the F.B.I. needs to investigate parents concerned about their child’s education and health safety. Good grief these people have all thrown the constitution out the window! It’s time to read it again to all of them.
When we look at the parallel between the time period of the civil war and today…there is a lot of things in common.
It was the Emancipation Proclamation that transformed the Civil War from a war against secession from the Union into a war for, as Lincoln stated in the Gettysburg Address, “a new birth of freedom”, and led the way for congress to forge the 13th Amendment. Gettysburg Address in 1863.
We are now finding that the illegal election was the final straw on the camels back concerning the COVID-19 illegal mandates by Mayors, City Councils, Governors, and now the President in Thief and the bandits in the administration. I mean, let’s face it, what else is the mussel your mouth with a mask mandate about? Masks do nothing to stop any nano size virus and or germs from entering one’s body at all and creates a wide variety of illnesses and respiratory issues in and of itself.
Test the words of the Pastor with the scriptures. Read the scriptures and see that for those who receive the Lord that he resides in you and you in him and the Holy Spirit is automatically sent to those who believe to teach, comfort and guide in all their ways. Discernment and Wisdom are two of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, we all have them and it is time to use them.
What is really taking place is a war against all humanity by those who want to have their new tower of Babel built and operated globally. They are using the same play book the devil always uses and that is to kill, steal, destroy, and threaten with lies that create fear so people make bad decisions and doubt everything God has said. Fear and doubt leads to anger and war, be it against a nation, your neighbor, or family member.
So as we enter into the part of the stormy season where the globalists are losing….expect more hitting below the belt with punches that may hurt and take the wind out of a few, but only for a time. Meanwhile, we the people who know the Lord and the Word of God are staying in prayer unceasing and listening and conversing with the Holy Spirit on the way to proceed.
So far the only whispering voice to take the jab is coming from people who are very mean and have no concious of what they do unto others. And some are just blind and some have sold out for the beasts coins and promises. And some, I have noticed, are just followers and not very smart.
Recently, President Trump made a few comments on the vaccine stating that when he was in office, everyone wanted it. Now that he’s not in office and Biden is in charge, no one wants it. Trump said, “Biden hurt the vaccine”. So why did he say, Biden hurt the vaccine? He also made note that Johnson and Johnson paused the vaccine…and that hurt it. So how could the pause have hurt the vaccine? Could it be there was another used in its’ place? After all, when Trump released the first vaccine he said the Military was checking and okaying it and sending it out, and they had around 2 million vaccines ready to go for THOSE WHO WANTED IT. It was never mandated, it was for those who wanted it. So now Biden hurt the vaccine…and mandating it? How did he hurt the vaccine by simply mandating it? Did President Trump allude to something more?
Either way, let your eyes see, your ears hear, and discern all things. Think, feel and choose….with wisdom. Do not let negative emotions lead you. That is when people make bad decisions that have lousy consequences.

The constitution is supreme law of the land, it’s what’s made America a free nation, if people don’t think Americans have freedom of choice you are a bunch communist idiots, you don’t like free choice go to Russia or any foreign country that bends their née to a foreign government, I don’t see a doctor asking the government if you should live or die, the doctor goes to the next of kin, if you are dying, and says I have a miracle drug to use on your wife, if I minister this drug she could die, or she could live. So I don’t see a government have any authority over peoples lives, they are not you or a family member. If they use the power of the government over what you say or do with your body medical wise that is treason, the federal government is a tyrant, that needs to go to gitmo for their treasonous acts, and face a firing squad. By FDA standards those vaccines are for experimental use only, it’s your choice with full consent to take that jab, and you become their experiment. To many people have already died due to the jab, more than the unvaccinated already the year alone. No you say, all it takes is to search the web. And it’s oppressed from the public with fake biden, and the fake news media. You won’t know the truth till it slaps you in the face, this probably what will have to happen to wake people up. When the public health is at risk a mandate is most certainly as good as a law…..enforceable and constitutionally protected. the right of the government to impose vaccines mandates has been established since 1905 when the Supreme Court held that Cambridge, Massachusetts, could require all adults to be vaccinated against smallpox, Thus this is precedent. The paramount concern here is the public safety. and when the safety concern is resolved the mandate will go away
How is a Sewer Mandate any different than a mask and a vaccine mandate?
My septic tank does not pose any health risk to anyone and was inspected and passed all regulations within the laws as written in California.
My 14 yo daughter studied the constitution last year and actually brought this up to me when we were discussing mandates and Psakis egregious error in stating the federal law usurps state law .. (the 10th amendment). Anyone can learn the constitution and it’s obvious why it’s so important! It was a proud homeschool mom moment.
The 10th amendment is not a catch all……..read deeper…….Psaki is Partially correct. If a state law conflicts with federal law…..the fed takes precedence. This is why the southern states started the civil war. They knew the writing was on the wall and that slavery was going to be abolished by law. They tried to secede in order to not be subject to Federal law. Mandates are basically temporary laws…….enforceable and constitutional. They are typically used for specific purposes. Currently to promote public health …..this has been done numerous times in the past.

Thats the thing, mandates are not laws. Here is the issue- why is everybody going on following these “man-made” “laws” or whatever in the first place? Laws are made for the criminals not the law abiding. I go freely along my life now not paying ANY attention to this nimwits. I dont follow anything on what they say because they are willing to just make up anything without even going through the due process, such as, congress and the courts. One thing I know for sure is not “everyone wanted it” (vaccine). There were some who think that these poison jabs are the bomb, others research what’s in it and know the their God given immune system is just fine, thank you very much. So if you heard him say that, well that’s not correct. He even touted about all the other meds. that were given him and his family after they got the “crud”.
And I just saw an article with MTG speaking out about the “mandate” with this crap their shoving down our throats in the main media. She said they did NOT vote on it so being told this by the WH is another conspiracy against America!
We need to keep fighting back like the 16 year old student who refused to wear the muzzle, to the pilots and service folks, down to the woman (not people) who are pregnant.
I would also like to mention that in 2020 the FEAR of this “crud” was OVERWHELMING to say the least!
In 2017 I came down with the forefather crud. I was a very sick pup! It lasted a good week and a half. Went back to work, perhaps too soon, and came down again with it, but not quite as bad as the first. We called it the “flu”. I know now it was a “retro” flu!!!! I also know that at the same time we had heavy spraying in the sky and it was in the fall, before Thanksgiving. Seemed like everyone at work was coming down with it. I know I got it because I became a great host for it since I was dealing with personal STRESS and not getting enough sleep.
Back then (wow..only 4 years ago!) we had colds, allergies, and even walking pneumonia!!! I sure miss the good ol days.
Fast forward to today…just about three weeks ago we had HEAVY sprayed skies above. I have been researching these CT’s for over 10 years, and know the harm of them, and now aware of the added ingredient; that people in my neighborhood and near my daughters, who have the same sky came down with this newer more improved “crud”. TOO coincidentally for me. Why am I telling you this? To encourage you to be more cognitive on these “cloudy with a chance of “spike” days!
Oh, I have been cognitive of the cloudy with a chance of Meatballs concerning the stripped skys for decades and warning of the electromagnetic fields that penetrate us and sought an ideal faraday cage for the human body and the home. Build the immune system is the key. Take in foods and supplements that absorb the nano droppings sprayed and found in foods. When snow doesn’t melt and the windshield has oil spots after a rain, that’s never good. Those days seem like long ago, but they are back for sure, never totally went away.
