Reporter’s Guide to Applications
“An application is a request for emergency action addressed to an individual Justice. Although most applications involve routine matters such as requests for extensions of the time limit for filing papers, some—such as applications for a stay of execution or injunctive relief in a dramatic case—draw the attention of reporters. These newsworthy applications usually concern an effort to buy time, to maintain the status quo—to stay the implementation of a lower court order—pending final action by this Court (or under certain circumstances, a lower court). Applications are addressed to a specific Justice, according to federal judicial circuit. The United States is divided into 13 federal circuits, with each Justice assigned to a specific circuit or circuits (see page 19).
“Case law has established four general criteria that the applicant normally must satisfy in order for the Court to grant a stay. They are:
1. that there is a “reasonable probability” that four Justices will grant certiorari, or agree to review the merits of the case;
2. that there is a “fair prospect” that a majority of the Court will conclude upon review that the decision below on the merits was erroneous;
3. that irreparable harm will result from the denial of the stay;
4. finally, in a close case, the Circuit Justice may find it appropriate to balance the equities, by 2.

Now we know why the deep state has been throwing out accusations at Justice Thomas accusing him of all sorts of things trying to get him impeached. Not of anything the man ever really did, but to get him out, take him down. I’m sure the Puppet Masters were afraid something like this might present itself. I’m sure they fully knew the power of one with a writ of mandamus could hold and now, Justice Thomas holds that power.
Whether the cases will go before the entire Supreme Court or be determined by Justice Thomas, that is not know as of yet. I believe that outcome shall in either case be as God determines it will be. I’m sure there is a lot of weight on Justice Thomas’s shoulders tonight. This is a verdict that will go down in the Halls of History either way! Which way will it go? Is this false hope or a game changer? I believe it is a game changer and it definitely will throw moving chess pieces all over the board!
This just may explain some of the gymnastics taking place in the casting central plea bargains and crazy actors doing their weeping and smirking in the Georgia court room. That is still all waded up and developing. But, it does explain the odd behavior and things that aren’t making a lot of sense. So how do you believe this will all play out?

I believe all will come together very quickly in a very short time.

How did this work out? My guess is not as good as was hoped since the Christine Scott writ that was filed remains pending in the circuit court, it is limited to specific matters stemming from a trespassing conviction in Florida, and Thomas has no authority to intervene.
Judge Thomas was under disciple because he took vacation without giving specifics. Judge Scalia had permission and came back in a body bag!! I have always believed Judge Thomas was honest and fair. He will make the right decision. Pray for him. Thank you Diane for a great article!

Remembering PDJT’s statement in Sept. that in 5 months, Biden would be gone (paraphrasing this as I don’t recall his exact words). Praise the LORD!!! And I think his using “stollen” instead of stolen tells us something will happen around Christmas as stollen is a famous Christmas pastry.
This would be awesome, if it actually happens!!! If he accepts it he better have 24/7 body guards for he and his family. Staying with him, even as he sleeps… I fear for him, as I do, Trump and the rest of his warriors.

I held onto hope for a long time this would play out in the legal system and especially so with Justice Thomas. We must; however, consider the possibility that he too may have been compromised, blackmailed and threatened by the enemy. I do follow Miss Freedom on Telegram and if my memory serves correctly, there was not only what was mentioned here in the comments regarding him but much more under the main post/thread. Miss Freedom does not just randomly put up a post on someone but does MAJOR digging and deep diving into those she researches, including in her threads MULTIPLE sources, articles, video clips, verified pictures, etc. in order to connect the dots and find the truth.
I pray we can trust Justice Thomas to do the right thing but I too will put my full trust in Jesus Christ and pray God’s will be done in this situation as well.

Dianne, I am sorry to be bothersome, but I have not been able to find info on CT election. Hartford Courant is a large and biased paper. But could not find any ‘Centennial ‘. I know there was .25 million dead voters in CT and that report got nil coverage. Those people worked very hard with much backlash and stonewalling from AG, S of S etc. But they did get a report out, and I would be most appreciative if I could read this article you mention. Have seen the allegations against Justice Thomas since the beginning (including the most recent ones). Have always felt he was authentic, genuine supporter of the Constitution and our country. God chooses sinners to work on his behalf (since he doesn’t have to work to change the hearts of angels and saints). Pray for Justice Thomas and all of God’s people working with Him to bring back our country and make it great again.

Just at first blush with a scant review of the Writ Christine Scott vs. Florida, you realize that small biz owner and 2022 (failed)/2024 Congressional candidate for Fl’s CD23 faces a huge uphill battle with this Writ. Just two cursory examples that should jump out at the average armchair reader of juris prudence are read in 2.(B) “. . . as well as all subsequent elections to date . . . “, as well as 5. and 6. “intentional wrongdoing . . . “ are as arbitrary on their face as is this application that a Supreme Court Justice might consider.
I hope my knee-jerk reaction to it is wrong, dead wrong. Nothing would be sweeter than to see an underdog take on the Goliath ‘powers to be’. But one wonders how this small biz owner, current Congressional candidate is prepared with the energy, the time, and would-be finances to follow through should Justice Thomas decide to oversee this Writ of Certerai.
Best of luck, but my hope for this country is greatly diminished, as well as for this world. In God alone do I place my trust.

I don’t know, Dianne, as I am of the opinion that every single Supreme Court Justice is corrupt. I believe that this is more hope that our corrupt justice system will come through. I don’t think that it will which will show just how corrupt it is. I believe that the military needs to “show us the goods.” As Trump said, “We have it all.”

Yes, I agree w/you, John. Since the 2020 & 2022 fraud elections, AZ patriots have participated in the cleaning up process to get rid of the machines, etc., but hit dead ends w/AZ’s criminal element. So I’ve thought it may take the Supreme Court to turn it around like a Roe vs Wade historical move. If it happens, hold onto your seats…it’ll be a bumpy road but sure worth it! 🙂

Clarence Thomas grew up near Savannah, GA. At Holy Cross he was a member of Alpha Sigma Nu & the Purple Key Society. He went to Yale Law school.
He was an attorney for Monsanto from 1977-79. He became assistant AG in Missouri & then an assistant to US Senator Danforth. Reagan appointed Thomas as Chairman of the EEOC in 1982.
President GH Bush nominated Thomas to the US DC Court of Appeals in 1990. His confirmation hearings were infamously scandalous due to sexual allegations from Anita Hill, his former subordinate. Hill had 4 witnesses who weren’t allowed take the stand. Senator Joseph Biden rushed the vote to confirm.
