He did this to breakthrough Trump’s attorney client privilege, obtain attorney client info, and flip multiple witnesses against Trump. After a lot of ping pong moves involving a grand jury in Miami to bring indictments, and after those were brought to Florida, Smith bounced back to use the DC Grand Jury to continue to use the DC Grand Jury to bring evidence from DC to Florida.
Judge Cannon gave her ruling at special counsel on 8-7-2023, striking two of the prosecutors’ sealed filings and demanding an explanation of “the legal propriety of using an out-of-district grand jury proceeding to continue to investigate” the docs case.

BRICS member countries have now doubled. Six new nations will join the BRICS alliance, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iran, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Argentina. More oil producing nations. More global coverage. And with this addition of nations, a more formalized process for admitting even more nations in the near future.
I noted the way that the additional countries span the globe, on different continents. South America, with Brazil as an original member, now adds Argentina. Africa is now included, with Egypt and Ethiopia. The Middle East is now included with Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Iran (also known as Persia). Asia is well represented with Russia, India and China as founding members. They are talking about trade routes in new areas, like shipping through the Artic Ocean, or spanning Asia and Eastern Europe with rail, highway and shipping lanes. New ports in Africa, Central America, even Cuba. China’s Belt and Road Initiative (a revival of the Silk Road from centuries ago) is a big part of this.
Nobody here in the West knows much about their rumored trade agreements involving some type of standardized form of payment. There are even rumors of a non-currency, something called a gold token – which I believe means a representation of how much gold each trading country has, which can then be netted between buyers and sellers of goods at the end of a period of time (quarterly? annually?). Countries could continue using their own currency, but support it with additional gold being purchased and held by each country’s national bank. Can’t see much detail yet, but after the damage done by US sanctions during the Ukraine thing, there is a movement away from the US dollar, and something is definitely in the works among non-Western nations.

YES. What they are doing with charging Trump with things the senate already voted innocent of is illegal, unconstitutional and not in law. The fact that they are being given all the rope they want and now it is up to judges who will not play the kangaroo court game… and this is all a part of hanging all of them with their own rope. I always love your thought-filled and well documented missives…last night I could not help but think that Christie-Cream could not have committed suicide more dramatically if he had dropped to his knees and slashed his own throat…and Ron Sanctimonious was as obnoxious as ever and Niki Haley should have run for the Deep State party…her moronic defense of Ukraine and bashing of Putin was a HUGE tell and obviously she gets all her intel from CNN…and DJT’s Tucker interview has hit 150 million this morning…I loved Tucker’s snide comment when announcing the Trump interview that ‘…we offered a venue that would give him an audience that no cable TV show could ever provide…’ SMACK, FOX! Love it…MSM is dead and WE ARE THE NEWS…
Lots of issues were not address with Trump, but then I assume it’s because he has to be very cautious with his words.

Dianne, I can’t seem to find the part of the Nuremberg code that talks about the masks. I found Article 6: section 3 and didn’t see the mask part. Could you provide a link to it?
I’m not saying the second part don’t exist just that I didn’t find it. What I did find is a lot of fact checkers saying it doesn’t exist which usually means it does. Smile
