Democrats say the bill is needed to override GOP state laws that passed after the 2020 election, including ones that require IDs for absentee ballots. In other words, it is needed to insure future election fraud!
Pelosi’s house of cards has been pushing a bill filled with loop holes for future elections, and hidden censorships to free speech, other than who they declare can have it. The Bill passed the House and now it is up to the Senate to take a vote.
It arrived with all the finesse of a snake and it’s rattle to warn you to stay clear…or it will strike. Any who read it will see the passing of state power to the Federal Government and into the claws of a not so constitutional congress. McConnell said it was dead on arrival.
Can you trust McConnell? Will the bill lay in the archives or will it be brought up for a vote? He says even if he did bring it up, it would not get the votes. The bill will not come up for a vote.
What’s in the Democrats’ HR 1
It’s called the “For the People Act”. But don’t let the name fool you, for everything Pelosi pushes for the people is one step closer to communism. The bill, HR 1 is a sweeping bill that contains nearly 600 pages of changes to laws aimed to make it easier to vote, increase election security and improve campaign finance transparency. What could possibly be hidden inside those 600 pages, of which I am almost certain, hardly any, if none at all, read it before voting for it. Nancy has a forceful way of ordering what her minions will and won’t say or do, so why read it?
That being said, the bill includes detailed rules about every aspect of voting — for example, it states that absentee ballots do not need postage (geared toward more voter fraud?) The bill vows to undo the impact of major court rulings such as Citizens United vs. FEC, which allows unlimited political spending by corporations, and Shelby County vs. Holder, which allowed jurisdictions with a history of discrimination to change voting laws without preclearance from the federal government.
The new bill would require states to take several steps to make it easier for people to vote. It would require local election officials to do the following:
• Offer online voter registration;
• Establish automatic voter registration;
• Allow voter registration on the day of a federal election;
• Allow voters to correct their registration information at the polls;
• Restore voting rights to felons after they leave prison;
• Offer at least 15 days of early voting; and,
• Follow new rules before purging voters from registration lists.
The bill also has several measures related to campaign finance or ethics:
• Require super PACs to disclose donors who give more than $10,000;
• Require major online platforms to maintain an online public record of people who buy at least $500 worth of political ads; and
• Use public financing to match small dollar donations to House and presidential candidates.
What could possibly go wrong with a bill that after one reads it, they discover it takes power away from the states and hands it over to the Federal Government?
Rick Hasen, a professor of law and political science at the University of California said about the bill, “It is true that the bill shifts more power to the federal government, such as by requiring states to use some kind of nonpartisan process for drawing congressional districts. But the Elections Clause in Article I of the Constitution specifically gives Congress the power to regulate federal elections, even over the objections of the states.”
Again, I ask, What could possibly go wrong with states handing their rights over to a corrupt congress?
The Bill isn’t new, H.R.1 For the People Act of 2019 has been tweaked and pushed by the Dems and now with the senile double named Joe in the White House, the bill looks ripe to shove through the senate. Or so Pelosi, if that is even her, believes? At this point it is important to remember that all of these puppets are under the direction of the cabal and few represent We The People. They have been bought and paid for and do the bidding for the ones who control the Corporation in DC.

REWRITE THE “H.R.1 FOR THE PEOPLE ACT” TO SHOW HOW TO REMOVE THE LAWLESS ONES FROM GOVERNMENT!
PELOSI pushing H.R.1 is the same person pushing the narrative that Trump Supporters who want a fair election are terrorists! She has denied the votes of the American People who voted in such numbers it was a historic WIN for President Trump – breaking all records in the history of US Elections. Pelosi must be removed in all forms, be it real self, doubles, or CGI!
The fact that the ones pushing the bill are among the same ones that brought us the voter fraud and stole the election, as well as those blaming conservatives for a staged, preplanned attack on the capitol where five bus loads of paid actors were brought in to riot in order to blame Trump and his supporters, and charge them with treason.
We will never concede.
WHAT IS NEEDED IS TO END VOTER FRAUD AND HOLD ALL WHO WERE INVOLVED RESPONSIBLE! H.R.1 will legalize and authorize congress to override the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Nothing more. Just in case they have a change of mind…get loud and let the Senator hear your voice! NO to H.R.1 – it is NOT AN ACT FOR THE PEOPLE!

Why do they feel it necessary to re-write the Constitution? It is the Constitution that dictates State’s are responsible for voting laws. No matter how you frame it, this debacle is unConstitional and criminal. Even the fact it is submitted should be grounds for dismissal by all participating representatives. It’s an embarrassment!
The bill is a nightmare! Hope and pray it doesn’t pass. This past election I went to the polls with my ID ready. The poll worker just asked my name. I said I have my ID here and was digging for it and the worker said I didn’t need to show it .I was under the impression that NC passed the voter ID law. Turns out it was rescinded. Got to thinking later, what if someone came in before me and just gave the poll worker my name and address? My vote would have been stolen by an identity thief. Not only should an ID be required at the polls, it should also be required for registration as well. Next time, I carry my death certificate. LOLGB+

It can’t pass muster at the SCOTUS. It’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The states have supreme rights over centralized gov’t. IF IF IF it does ever pass both houses and signed by a fake potus then it’s time to pick up our weapons. [they] are trying to purge the military and take over federal control of ‘local’ police departments. [they’ve] been trying that since hussein, the illegal was potus. [they] are doing just like the nazi’s did. Only problem is WE the PEOPLE have weapons.
It didn’t happen then, it won’t happen now. IF IF IF it does then again it’s time to pick up our weapons.

Those patriots who entered the capital should not have done so unless they were prepared to overthrow these scum who infect our country.
I’m distressed about the capitol having Trump supporters being rounded up and jailed, solitary confinement. The military must free those innocent, peace loving people
