Hold The Line – Putin Is Just Beginning!

It is looking a lot like Putin is Saving millions of lives and possibly billions!

Those nasty biolabs have been dangerous and perhaps when we dig a bit deeper we just may find they never should have been built. Why did the U.S. need so many in Ukraine?

In a Washington Post News Article Written by Jo. Warrick, on August 30, 2005, titled: “U.S. to Aid Ukraine in Countering Bioweapons“, Senators Barack Obama (D-Ill) and Richard G. Lugar (R-Ind) signed a pact with Ukraine to work jointly to prevent the spread of biological weapons. This agreement allowed them to receive U.S. aid and secure bio labs where dangerous microbes are kept.

This agreement followed a year of negotiations and the new Ukraine reformist leaders and President Viktor Yushchenko who came to power after an Orange Revolution the previous fall. One of the labs the I.I. Mechnikov Antiplague Scientific and Research Institute, in the Black Sea port city of Odessa. The institute was part of a Cold War network of “antiplague” stations that supplied highly lethal pathogens to Soviet bioweapons factories.

The article stated:

“This agreement will allow us to begin addressing the problems faced by the Odessa antiplague institute and places like it,” said Mark Helmke, a staff member for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, which Lugar chairs. Under the pact, the United States will fund security upgrades at key Ukrainian biological institutes and support peaceful research by Ukrainian scientists to fight the spread of natural diseases, Helmke said. In 2004 when running for president, Viktor Yushchenko had accused Russia of poisoning him and this fueled anger against Russia and led to sympathy for Viktor which led to the orange revolution and the sympathy for the poisoned candidate, is said to be what won him the presidency that he was losing. Obama has had his hands in Ukraine from the beginning of his political career which came up out of no where and was part of his own paper clipped life.

Now what is interesting is that in an article from August 2019 it states that “the former president of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko was not poisoned during the 2004 campaign, Ukraine’s chief military prosecutor said in an interview, casting fresh doubts on the narrative shaping Kiev politics for the past 15 years.” His investigators found no evidence of a poisoning.

Because we are addressing the US Bio labs and noting the agreement made with Viktor and Ukraine to receive U.S. aid and secure bio labs where dangerous microbes are kept… it gives the appearance that perhaps a bio poisoning may have occurred in one of these labs. If so, what better way to cover it up than to yell Russia and start an orange revolution and oust the incumbent-  Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych, whom they accused of being “pro-Russian.” 

The RT article states: “His disfigurement from what he called dioxin poisoning led to an outpouring of popular support and street protests, later dubbed the ‘Orange Revolution.’ Under that pressure, the Ukrainian supreme court annulled the run-off election Yanukovich had won, delivering Yushchenko the presidency after a revote.“

Blood tests had showed a significant concentration of TCDD, a dioxin poison found in Agent Orange. But since it was never clear by whom he was poisoned, and he made an almost near-complete recovery his story fell apart under investigation. As president, his policies made corruption worse and fueled nationalism and intolerance between Ukraine’s diverse communities. Eventually, Yushchenko fell out with his coalition partner Yulia Tymoshenko, who went on to lose the 2010 election to Yanukovych. The former president went from widespread popularity to obscurity, with his party getting less than 2 percent of the parliamentary votes in 2012.

Using the same methods as the original Orange Revolution, another coalition of opposition politicians was assembled in 2013 to pressure Yanukovych into abandoning a free trade pact with Russia for a restrictive trade deal with the EU. The protests, backed by the US and several EU powers, escalated into street violence and culminated in a violent coup in February 2014. 

The coup government then tried to crush dissent with military force, leading to the separation of Crimea and the ongoing civil war between Kiev and the two eastern provinces, Donetsk and Lugansk. This has escalated with U.S. deep state meddling ever since and has brought the world to where it is today with Ukraine at the center of attention with sanctions that will not only affect Russia and Ukraine, but stifle all trading nations in both imports and exports which is not good for the world economy and hits hard to European nations. On another note: The Geneva Protocol banned the use of biological weapons, but it didn’t ban stockpiling them or research into developing them, both of which pose significant risks by themselves. Meselson and his peers pushed for a stronger agreement, and in 1972 they got the Biological Weapons Convention, which is still in place.

Daniel Feakes, chief of the Biological Weapons Convention Implementation Support Unit, said in a statement, “Through his work in the US and internationally, Matt Meselson was one of the key forefathers of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention. The treaty bans biological weapons and today has 182 member states. He has continued to be a guardian of the BWC ever since.”
