  1. Well, Rafael Edward Cruz does not have a US birth certificate….and why does he call himself Ted?

  2. I saw the name Byron York and tho’t, Wow, he’s going for it. But no, he lies and claims Ted is eligible. SO disgusting. What happened to journalism. Never mind. Rhetorical.

I listened to the clip and there was no misspeak made. She meant to say Ted is an immigrant. IF she said he was the son of an immigrant a million times before, it would roll off her tongue easily. I would bet she’s said he’s an immigrant plenty of times before, and this time she just got caught by the one person paying attention.

I also think she said what she believes… She may be starting to attempt to protect herself from what she knows is coming. A complete and total disgrace. Notice it wasn’t HC who responded to a followup, it was some campaign cover-up artist/aide. That is a NON-followup. Where is HC’s statement on this?

      1. I agree, however I think she is signaling she would testify against him in a court of law. Someone should step up and take her up on the offer.

  3. It really makes no difference–even if he is a real immigrant, he does not qualify…since he’s actually not even a citizen of the US, he does not qualify…since he is NOT a “natural-born citizen”…you got it, he does NOT qualify…

  4. Heidi’s comment is a deliberate attempt to woo the immigrants who hate Trump…..pathetic, she is. The 2 deserve each other. Gosh, how can she even share a bed with him. Uck!

  5. From the article:
“If he can’t produce his legal immigration papers – he is ineligible to hold the office of the senate and must be removed immediately.”

That is a true statement. Then, Rafael E. Cruz is not even a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Cruz has been ineligible for the office of the POTUS since December 22, 1970, the same date as his date of birth. Cruz is not a natural born U.S. Citizen. A natural born U.S. Citizen is an individual that is born on U.S. soil to two U.S. citizen (natural born or naturalized) parents.

If Cruz produces his naturalization documentation, he is still ineligible for the office of the POTUS because a naturalized citizen does not equal a natural born citizen.

When a person acquires his/her citizenship through a Naturalization Act, that person is a statute citizen.

A natural born U.S. citizen acquires their citizenship through no statute or law, but by the natural act of being born on the soil to two citizen parents. Congress cannot deem anyone a natural born citizen.
