And now it has found its’ way to Southwest Florida and killing sea life! Yet the government keeps dumping it. As though doing it slower will make any difference? This has got to stop and people must know what is really happening!
Lake Okeechobee -44 canal is blanketed in algae proven to be toxic with microcystin, also known as cyanobacteria, through tests conducted by the Florida Department of Enviornmental Protection. Since June 1, 2018 25 BILLION GALLONS OF THIS TOXIC WATER HAS BEEP DUMPED into the St. Lucie River. The results are seen in dead sea life, stinking stench in the air, more toxic algae blooms and closed businesses along the gulf coast waters. Reports state that 90 percent of Lake Okeechobee is covered in the toxic algae. Read more here.
