I have drafted a solution to election fraud. Wis, Mich, Nev, Georgia, Ariz, Penn were stolen by corrupt cities like Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta, … and corrupt counting machines (Dominion …). The solution is
(1) No more electronic counting machines; the elections must require voter ID and must be conducted and counted by hand and supervised by randomly selected members of law enforcement / officers of the courts (not more than half of the same political party/affiliated with same candidate if there are two or more parties/candidates) under penalty of perjury AND must be BOTH VIDEO AND AUDIOTAPED AND BE WATCHABLE BY ALL MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN LIVE TIME.
(2) Just like at the national level where the state winner takes all the electors of the state, at the state level the county winner must take a fraction of the vote equal to the entire population of the county divided by the entire population of the state (BUT NOT MORE THAN THE POPULATION OF THE COUNTY).
(3) All of the voting rolls must be purged and reregistration must be done at least 30 days prior to the election and must require voter ID and must require 2 witnesses plus a state notary under penalty of perjury.
(4) Elections should take place 6 weeks earlier and if there is a preponderance of stuff like many affidavits of voter fraud / abuse of the process significant enough for a reasonable person to question the outcome there MUST be a second election conducted and counted by different people. This would be determined by a majority of 13 randomly selected jurors at the county level under penalty of perjury.
