It sure looks like DA Bragg’s days are numbered. America is watching as Alvin Braggs abuse and neglect of constitutional rights and his own interpretations of the law keeps getting longer and longer! On Monday April 17, 2023, Madeline Brame, Chairwoman of the Victims Rights Reform Council and mother of a homicide victim who was an Afghanistan war veteran, gives her opening statement at today’s House Judiciary Committee hearing in Manhattan. Needless to say she didn’t hold back on her opinion of his absolute lawlessness and how he treated her like garbage!

It raises the question, did he ever take an oath to uphold the constitution? Does the DA get sworn in? Or do they just get to be dictator of the ground they squat on and make up their own laws as they go? Well looky here…they do have to swear an oath to the constitution and uphold the law!

28 U.S. Code § 453 – Oaths of justices and judges

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office: “I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

Now that we know that, what happens when he doesn’t do that? I wonder if we can get him and all the other constitutional law breakers and or lack of oath takers out of office and … depending on their crimes… give each their own justice due!

In addition to a stolen election, a ‘Writ of Quo Warranto’ Challenges The Legitimacy of Biden Regime Appointees as They Fail To Produce Oaths of Office!

A legal proceeding that challenges a person’s right or authority to hold a public or corporate office or privilege is called a “writ of quo warranto” and that is exactly what is taking place with the key players in the Biden Administration!

Challenging the Right or Authority of Biden Administration to hold a public office…BOOM!

According to the Standard News Wire, a case was filed with the U.S. attorney for the District of Washington, DC alleging the Biden-regime appointees were serving illegitimately as there were no sworn affidavits containting their oaths of office.

Oaths of office meaning where you put one hand on the Bible and raise the other and solemly swear to uphold the constitution of the United States of America, one nation under God, with Liberty and Justice for all. So help me god. That oath! (see oath above)

On April 12, 2023, Todd S. Callender, Esq. of Disabled Rights Advocates PLLC, and Kenneth W. Ferguson, Esq. of Ferguson Law, P.A., filed on Petition for Writ of Quo Warranto, on behalf of Petitioner, Lisa McGee, to the US Attorney in the District of Columbia, requesting: 1) true, correct and non-defective required affidavits of Oaths of Office for the appointed and elected cabinet members of the Biden Administration; 2) or the immediate removal of all named parties for failure to abide their this statutory requirement; and 3) if removed, then to void all their official acts ab initio. (Which means from the beginning)!

This lends the appearance that the Biden Administration has allegedly been sitting in office doing their own thing without ever swearing an oath to uphold the constitution. It looks like their little party is all but over!

Those whose written oaths of office were requested but reportedly not provided to McGee or proved deficient include: 

Director of Center of Disease Control and of Toxic Substances and Disease Registry, Rochelle Walensky; U.S. Secretary of Treasury, Janet Yellen; U.S. Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm; ; U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra; U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg; Secretary of State, Antony Blinken; Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas; Secretary of Education, Dr. Miguel A. Cardona; Secretary of Commerce, Gina M. Raimondo; Attorney General, Merrick Garland; and Commissioner of Food and Drug Administration, Robert Califf M.D.; Secretary of Labor, Marty Walsh; Deputy Secretary of Labor Julie Su, Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin III; and Vice President Kamala Harris ___________________________________

Page 4 of the brief alleges that the federal statute violated is 5 US Code 3332, which states:

2. For those individuals who have failed or refused to produce an affidavit as required by 5 U.S. Code § 3332, demand that those persons provide the US Attorney and this Court with the compulsory affidavit within ten (10) days.

3. For those individuals who do not produce the 5 U.S. Code § 3332 affidavit within ten (10) days as described above; as well as, those who have admitted they do not possess the requisite affidavit and those who have produced defective affidavits:

 a. Immediately terminate their appointments or positions;

 b. Render all official acts, bills, laws, regulations, or any official actions whatsoever, including the appointment of any subordinates void ab initio and;

c. Replace and restore all proper, former office holders until competent replacements can be lawfully appointed.

The Standard News Wire stated, “This lack of Constitutional and statutory requirement thereby nullifies, or at a minimum, calls into question the legitimacy of their appointments or positions. The absence of these mandatory Oath of Office affidavits shifts the burden to the appointees to prove to Ms. McGee and the US Attorney their bona fides. The production of these statutorily required affidavits is also required by law.

“Missing Oaths of Office will render a majority of the Biden Administration Cabinet unlawful and their official acts from the date of appointment void. Failure to produce the affidavit(s) to the US Attorney will provide the necessary jurisdiction to the Federal District Court of Washington D.C. to issue said Writ Quo Warranto.”

In the PDF it states “Have Not Timely Responded” and lists:

25. Alejandro Mayorkas Failed to respond.
26. Xavier Becerra Failed to respond.
27. Dr. Miguel A. Cardona Failed to respond.
28. Gina M. Raimondo Failed to respond.
29. Marty Walsh and Julie Su Failed to respond
30. Kamala Harris Failed to respond.
31. Antony Blinken Two letters were received; the latest of which has
    sought more time.
32. Janet Yellen Responded with official letter stating that she does not have a Signed and Notarized Oath of Office.
33. Pete Buttigieg Responded with official letter stating that he does not have a Signed and Notarized Oath of Office.
34. Jennifer Granholm Exchange of communications with a third party contractor handling FOIA stating they are almost certain that she does not have a Signed and Notarized Oath of Office.
35. Robert M. Califf M.D. and Janet Woodcock Contends they are exempted under 5 USC 552(b) and the foreseeable harm standard in 5 USC 552(a)(8)(i). Defective Affidavit 36. Rochelle P. Walensky Received letter and affidavit, however, Walensky fails to specify which position she was appointed; and is not properly notarized or sworn.
36. Merrick Garland An affidavit was produced; however, Garland fails to specify the date when he was appointed; and is not properly notarized or sworn.
37. Lloyd Austin III An affidavit was produced; however, the document is not properly notarized or sworn.

This is a bright turning point in the entire Stormy Show! It just may turn out that Trump drains the swamp and gets rid of the entire illegitimate administration and ALL OF THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL ORDERS AND ACTIONS.
