And, yesterday I received a summons for Jury Duty…and they require me to wear a diaper…I’m workin’ on trying to get it dismissed.. sent an email to my Congressman…no answer yet. We’ll see..!
Just an option to consider, Henry. Maybe a response to the court something like this.. “I cannot be free and fair minded on a jury if my own freedom to breathe is impeded. I cannot breathe with a mask on so it won’t be in the courts’ best interest to have me serve on its jury panel.”. Perhaps putting the ball back into their hands, the court’s lawyers will decide to dismiss you for their client’s best interest. Waiting on a Congressman’s reply may be a long wait; whereas, direct communication with the court could give you a quicker outcome. For your sake, I sure hope so. Praying for your situation, Henry.
