Critical Thinking, Good Guessing or Thus Saith The Lord?

“Looking into the future I see that President Trump will have more persecutions and Tic Toc will continue to put out lots of videos!  I also see that Ukraine will no longer be able to war against Russia and the BRICS will say – we need not touch the fiat dollar for we shall make gold and silver our currency. This will all come to pass because I have seen it in a prophetic vision. Or was that a critical thinking vision??

“I also was shown that Biden will be replaced by another and pay attention to these key words… “Human Trafficking”, “Central Casting”, and “Binary”.  Something is about to take place in the church that will be monumental. Of course, my words above are sarcastic. It was all made up by looking at the current news headlines – both fake and real news. I just used good old common sense connecting a few dots with discernment and added a bit of sarcasm to make a point. This appears to be what happens when fake news goes south, the government is over the cliff and the people are left to dig to find the truth and report what really happened while central casting and 2.0’s make that task more of an “anything goes” show. Mis and dis information and bots can really start a lot of mischievous events, while the war between interpretation of the “Q” drops and the Prophetic goes full throttle!

We now have many shouting seer and witchcraft at almost everyone. It’s becoming a witch hunt.

All visions in the saddest show on earth are not as they appear, but they are very revealing! We have a lot of people claiming to have a prophetic word and lots of “Thus Saith the Lord.” Some visions are real and some are grifts. But, how does one know the difference? Remember there are good people who follow all of them. So, just how does this get approached and who approaches it?

Sadly, some “thus saiths” are just good old common sense and others are discernment from the Holy Spirit that all of God’s children have access to if they only ask in Jesus name what things mean and seek the truth with all their heart, mind and soul. God has given the gift of the Holy Spirit to all who believe in His Son, to teach us the way to go, guide us, show us how to discern all things, grant us wisdom and to comfort and strengthen us when we are weak. The truth is that before the Lord set up His ecclesia (church), the Holy Spirit was only given to God’s prophets. Under the new covenant all who repent and turn to live their life serving the way of the Lord God are given the gift of the Holy Spirit to teach them discernment, truth and Wisdom. The trouble is most were not taught this.

Which brings us to the question, what did Jesus do? And what would He have us to do?

In Luke Chapter 9, John said to Jesus that he saw one casting out devils in Thy name, and we forbad him, because he didn’t follow with them. Jesus said to John, “Forbid him not; for he that is not against us, is for us.” So the Lord said don’t stop them for casting out the evil in His name, even if they are not following with Him in His fold.

Later in the same chapter in verse 51 it says it came to pass the time had come that Jesus should be received up and set his face to go to Jerusalem and He sent out messengers who went to a village of the Samaritans to make ready to receive Him but they refused to receive Him. But most importantly it says that when His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, wilt Thou that we command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, even as Elijah did?” The Lord turned around fast and rebuked them and said, “Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.” Letting them know that was not the Way to be. He told them, “The Son of Man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them.” And they went to another village.

We are to follow the way of Jesus and not curse for hell fire to come down on anyone who is teaching in the Lord’s name because we see flaws or whatever reason we make up, or any twisted names and creeds but to leave judgement up to God. It is the spirit of the devil that causes such thoughts and encourages such acts. We are all learning to take what is good and discern what is not and leave it. Not a one of us on this earth fully understands all things of the Word of God, and not a one of us are without sin. We all fall short and we are not to follow what is not true, and we also are not to war with those who we don’t agree with. 

There is a difference in speaking truth in correction and cursing another to hell. We have power to rebuke evil, but not given power to judge others, nor to enter into hell and battle it like we are the Lord. We are not given that to do. The Lord our savior who was without sin and sent by His Father, did that already. The Lord has the keys to heaven and to hell. He judges the hearts of others, Not us. Jesus even said not to swear by any authority and let our yes be yes and our no be no and we can’t even turn one hair white or black.

Matthew 5:33-37, 33Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths: 34But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne: 35Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. 36Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. 37But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.”

We do well to look to the Holy Spirit for understanding and come out from her my people (the world) which is our calling. And then the challenge is to stay out of her. Learning to be in the world but not of the world is a full time position that requires prayer unceasing… meaning asking the Lord about everything we see, are thinking, and feeling to make sure it is of God and not of the devil. As he does move about and appear as an angel of light at times. Oh, and he whispers in our ears all sorts of bad ideas.

 We do well to remember that vengeance is mine saith the Lord. We seek and we shall find the truth. We are to stand in the wicked day. We each are a member of the body of Christ, and each have been called for His purpose. We are each being tried as gold in the fire. Yet, the Lord said he will not give us more than we can bear. We have been sent the Holy Spirit to teach us all things that the Lord has said and to learn them. To protect us and to comfort us in our trials and times of tribulation and in our times of joy. Seek and we shall find. Amen.

God does come down and perform His work in mysterious ways. Actually, I find the more I hear what I disagree with, the more I find myself talking to God and asking the Holy Spirit what is true and opening up the scriptures and asking lots of questions I may not have otherwise asked. So this sort of thing is giving many people reasons to open up their Bibles and read seeking truth. God has allowed this to serve his purpose to open up many eyes and draw his children closer to Him. We must remember, we are all God’s children, and God will do any correction of them in his way. Amen.

Only a fool’s conversation would dare to say otherwise. On the other hand, those who speak of their own ideas for greed know not what they say and by their own words bearing witness against them they shall reap what they sow. The battle is good versus evil and has been since the garden of Eden. God is not mocked by the godless, nor by foolish words. His desire is for all to repent and return to Him. The battles have raged, the gates of hell have been torn down and the captives were set free by our Lord of Lord and King of Kings, God’s only begotten Son. Amen.

We are yet in this world and not of it. The battle continues, only now we who believe have the power of the Holy Spirit and the Lord dwells within us. The devil hates us knowing this and so he hinders us at every turn. He knows the truth shall set you free and has sent his own liars out to lie for him. But God is not mocked. Amen.

So anyone who is watching the events unfold and deep diving on the history of the CIA, and the agencies, the same ones JFK warned us about, and the same ones many have exposed over the last generation … well I guess everyone who had common sense and USED their GOD GIVEN GIFT of critical thinking was a prophet giving out the mysteries of the future. According to the prophetic who shout the same things you were all shouting for decades and decades it would make you all prophetic? So all of YOU – ARE VISIONAIRES AND PROPHETIC?  At least you all meet the criteria of the new prophetic as defined by the road show SUPER STARS.

So if these new prophetic super ones can open some eyes… then let them open eyes. For as the Lord said to John, “Forbid him not; for he that is not against us, is for us.” So the Lord said don’t stop them for casting out the evil in His name, even if they are not following with Him in His fold. Take what is truth and cast aside what is not. By whatever means the message is spread… if it is true, let it go out. If it is a lie, God will expose that and those who tell it.

I believe that because the gift of the Holy Spirit has been hidden by the enemy and many in the churches have had their own criteria of whom “they” would anoint it upon by their own blessings and hands once the person meets a man made criteria… which is not anything scriptural, nor how the Lord said it was given at all… well these ones will reap what they sow, and God will do the chastising.

The Lord said you don’t put new wine in old wineskins. And those who drink the old wine do not like the new wine. What is the old wine and what is the new wine and do you know the difference? 

Luke 5:36-39

 36And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old. 37And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish. 38But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved. 39No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

So Luke 5:39, spoke of the old covenant and the rejection of the new covenant, even though it was prophesied to come, it was being rejected by the political ruling upper class, (just as it was prophesied by the prophets that it would be). Isaiah 53:3 “3He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.” John 1:11 Sermons: He came to his own, and those who were his own did not receive him. (biblehub.com)

This also gives new depth to the wedding at Cana and Jesus first miracle where he turned the water into wine. The people drank the old wine first and the Governor said, you have saved the best for last!

The meaning of the parable is now made clear: the new teaching must be given to those who are not deep seated in the old teachings in order to be received. Even though the Lord came to fulfill the words of the Prophets, the Sanhedrin had gotten far away from the teachings of Moses, but that is what the people followed as the law and they obeyed the laws of the Temple. At many junctions Jesus pointed out that they sit in the seat of Moses and make heavy, grievous burdens and lay them on men’s shoulders. This is taking place today… do you see it?

Matthew 23:1-12 1Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, 2Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: 3All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. 4For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. 5But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, 6And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, 7And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. 8But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. 9And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. 10Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. 11But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. 13But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. 14Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

In simple terms, those educated in the traditions of the Pharisees were biased towards them.  They rejected the new teaching saying, “The old is better”.

Upon entering Jerusalem the Lord grieved over the people who rejected Him.

Matthew 23: 37- 39

37O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! 38Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. 39For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

There are more scriptures yet to be fulfilled and they shall be done just as they were prophesied to be. Zechariah tells us that the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall look upon the Lord whom they pierced and mourn for him as one mourns for his only son.  

Zechariah 12: 10-14 “10And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. 11In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon. 12And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart; 13The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart; 14All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.”

There are yet many things to be fulfilled and God shall fulfill them all. Let us seek truth in the Word and understand the parables first and in so doing, our eyes will open wider to see and our ears will hear. There is nothing in the new that was not prophesied in the old and nothing new under the sun. What we are battling is deception and teachings that forbid us from using the free gift of the Holy Spirit who teaches us all things. There is a hurdle to jump over, which is the hurdle of the old wineskins and hearing what is in the new. The devil has ushered in his own “Thus saith the Lord” to deceive God’s children beginning in the garden to this very day. It is the evil that seeks to kill, steal and destroy and we must guard against those tactics at every turn.

It is easy to say, “forgive those who trespass against us”, it is often a hard thing to be able to do it. That is the big test we each must pass. We can do it, with the love of God who sent his Son to save us all from death and hell. We must remember that each one of us has been forgiven of our own pile of sins that were evil in the face of the Lord. Never forget that there is no sin greater than another. We must work daily at forgiving and call on the Holy Spirit to show us how to love one another.
