Meanwhile, Judicial Watch got the results of a Police Report That Details Lawyer Turned in Ashley Biden Documents to Police on November 8, 2020!
The Judicial Watch Article Reads:
“(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it received a 6-page incident report and bodycam footage from the Delray Beach, FL, Police Department, detailing the turnover of records related to the diary and/or other property of Ashley Biden, daughter of President Joe Biden.
“According to the incident report, an attorney turned in “possibly stolen luggage” to the Delray Beach PD which contained “documents and envelopes in folders” with the name Ashley Biden. The Delray Beach PD included bodycam footage of an attorney handing over the items.
“The Delray Beach PD also noted in the incident report that the FBI had said it would “take over the case.”
“Judicial Watch obtained the documents and bodycam video in response to a November 16, 2021, Public Records Request for:
- All records related to the alleged theft and/or disappearance of a diary and/or other property from Ashley Blazer Biden…circa 2020 reportedly from a Delray Beach residence. Such records shall include, but not be limited to, incident reports, investigative reports, recordings, photos, telephone logs and messages, email messages, and witness statements.
- All records of communications, including emails and text messages, sent to and from Delray Beach Police Department officials regarding the alleged theft/disappearance of Ms. Biden’s diary and/or other property.
“The incident report was filed on November 8, 2020. Project Veritas reportedly obtained Ashley Biden’s diary in October 2020, a week and a half before the 2020 presidential election.
“The “possibly stolen luggage” was reported to the Delray Beach PD on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at 11:21AM. It was reported as a “Suspicious Incident.” The report indicates “BWC/In Use/Body Worn Cam” and under the “Victims” section, in the field for number of victims, they list zero. So Project Verita’s has had this since Oct. 2020 and was recently invaded by the FBI to find any information on the diary papers he had and was not releasing…or so that is how the story is told.
In the article it states that the incident report given by Delray Beach PD Officer Nicole Guerriero, that she met with Adam Leo Bantner II at the Delray Beach Police Dept. lobby regarding the property he wanted to turn over to the police. Adam, who is an attorney, received the property (a duffle bag and a piece of luggage) from his client who he didn’t give the name of, who said he got it from an unknown person at the hotel (which he also did not name) and it was possibly stolen. The items were thought to belong to a person named ‘Ashley Biden’, as the property in the luggage also contained some documents and envelopes in folders that were loosely spread in the bags which read the name Ashley Biden. The documents all had different addresses, but all had the same name of Ashley Biden. The FBI was contacted and they were to have collected the belongings and taken over the case.
So the question is…was the diary part of the missing property, and if so… was the person who had the diary the same person who originally had the property from the hotel?
The article references another New York Times story that claims the federal investigators were FBI agents and “federal prosecutors in Manhattan who work on public corruption matters” on behalf of the Southern District of New York. The investigation was supposedly opened by Attorney General Bill Barr, after a Biden family representative allegedly reported in October 2020 that the diary, along with “several” of Ashley Biden’s personal items had been stolen in a burglary. And at that time, A week and a half before the 2020 election, a Project Veritas whistleblower provided a digital copy of Ashley Biden’s diary to National File.

“Since Saturday night, National File has published dozens of pages from what our whistleblower has identified as the 2019 diary of Ashley Blazer Biden, the 39-year-old daughter of Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden. The diary was started while the author was in a drug rehabilitation facility in Florida, and details her romantic interests, crumbling marriage, struggle with drug and sex addiction, and family life as her father began to run for president.“
National File’s whistleblower also has a recording of Ashley Biden admitting the diary is hers, and employed a handwriting expert who verified the pages were all written by Ashley. National File has in its possession a recording of this whistleblower detailing the work he did to verify its authenticity.
The National File’s also released an article titled: FULL RELEASE: Ashley Biden Diary Reveals Child Sex Trauma, Drug Abuse, Resentment For Joe – Whistleblower
Excerpt from National file: “National File has already reported several revelations from the diary, including the fact that the author believes she was sexually molested as a child and shared “probably not appropriate” showers with her father, the months of entries detailing the author’s struggle with drug abuse, the entries that detail the author’s crumbling marriage with multiple affairs, the entries showing the family’s fears of a potential scandal due to her brother’s new home, and those that show a deep resentment for her father due to his money, control, and emotional manipulation.”
So the question is …. who was the real whistle blower? Was it Project Veritas or someone else? Will this lead to some end of something important…or is this a distraction? Another question it raises – is Project Veritas a white hat working with the good guys and is this some other sort of sting? Just asking?
Remember, O’Keeffe said he never shared anything about the diary because he couldn’t authorize it belonged to Ashley Biden?
“In the end, we made an ethical decision, because, in part, we could not then determine if the diary was real, if the diary really belonged to Ashley Biden, and therefore we could not publish the diary and any of its parts.”
O’Keeffe noted that they turned over the diary to law enforcement after Ashley Biden’s attorney refused to accept or confirm its authenticity. The excerpts from this diary were published on the National File about two weeks after the New York Post began publishing stories about information and emails that were on a laptop owned by Biden’s son and Ashley’s half-brother, Hunter. Rudy Giuliani , former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, said he gave the hard drive to conservative tabloids and that the laptop was acquired legally after it was abandoned by Hunter in a computer store in Delaware. NBC News was unable to confirm the content and authenticity of emails and other recordings after Giuliani refused to provide a copy of the hard drive. So, is this a distraction or is this about another unveiling of the DARKER SIDE OF BIDEN? THE SEX SCANDAL SIDE OF THE ENTIRE BIDEN HISTORY? Will this lead to where more bodies are buried or will this fade away in the darkness through the winding tunnels?

Hi Dianne and Truther friends…. As a writer and podcaster myself, I’m needing help and I wonder if the Marshall Report has covered this… What is going on with the symbols seen around Clay Clark? There are photos circulating with what looks like a pyramid and an all-seeing eye in the background, particularly the photo with Gen. Flynn and Doug Billings. This has happened on a couple occasions now. Dianne, can you or anybody speak to this? Are we being fooled by Clark? I haven’t seen where he addressed it. He sounds legit to me, but then what appears to be this symbolism doesn’t add up. We do know many patriots are coming away from his gatherings very sick. Is Clark sent to entrap us? Or is he telling so much truth that the sicknesses are intended to attack him too? Please help me investigate.

It’s purely sickening to think a total dirt crawling scumbag like Biden has lasted so long without anyone ever calling him out…really shows the depth of government doesn’t it.
As an ex-military brat and veteran, we all took an oath and for the betterment of argument, we stood tall on that oath. I can’t say the same about our government. It’s about as infectious as a sworm of locusts. We need a good house cleaning and re-adjustment of our constitutional ways and means. The days of government telling each and everyone of us how to live our lives needs to be flipped 180 degrees and thrown back at them with their 86’d to the nearest highway if they beg to differ. No-one, is above the law, not even the asshats called SCOTUS.. we the people have had enough, needs to sing out loud from every vocal chord from sea to shiny sea.
