A.G. Sics FBI on Parents!

Biden’s Attorney General, Merrick Garland failed to mention that his son in law, Xan Tanner, co-founder and president of Panorama Education had recently raised $76,000,000 from investors and contracted with 23,000 public school systems to push the horrid curriculum that parents are protesting against!

So as concerned parents spoke out at School Board meetings of their disapproval of masks and curriculum of hate and sex porn, AG Garland sent the concerned parents a real shocker. He cited them with an increase in harassment, intimidation and threats of violence against school board members, teachers and workers in our nation’s public schools, and directed the FBI and U.S. Attorneys’ Offices to meet in the next 30 days with federal, state, Tribal, territorial and local law enforcement leaders to discuss strategies for addressing this disturbing trend. These sessions will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting, assessment and response by law enforcement.

This is totally out of order and appears to be more of a giant step to crush citizen’s parental rights.   

Meanwhile the disturbing corporation owned by his son in law, Panorama Education sells surveys to school districts across the country that focus on the local “social and emotion climate.” These surveys are then used as justification for new curriculum that some parents call critical race theory and other twisted curriculum such as public schools idea of sex education which its’ textbooks and pictures would be illegal to sell in a children’s book store as it reaks of porn.

Tanner’s company, owned by AG Merrick Garland’s son in law (this can’t be stressed enough) has a large footprint with contracts in 50+ of the nation’s 100 largest school districts. Garland’s son in law started the company with a private funding led by Emerson Collective, with participation from Spark Capital, Owl Ventures, SoftTechVC, and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative — owned by Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook and his wife Priscilla Chan. So once again, here we have Zuckerberg and China connections. Is anyone surprised? Where are the fact checkers? Once again, they are all part of the scheme. Wait for them to fact check and censor any of these truths.

The company describes its business as supporting “13 million students in 23,000 schools and 1,500 districts across 50 states.” Just last month – weeks before the Garland directive to the FBI – Panorama closed on a $60 million private financing raise with venture capital firm General Atlantic. According to the press release, existing investors Owl Ventures, Emerson Collective, Uncork Capital, CZI, and Tao Capital Partners also participated.

Talk about the Great Merchants of the earth and Babylon the Great in the book of Revelation….we are no longer reading it and wondering about the scripture, we are living it out in real time and pointing out the details!

And guess what – your tax dollars are also paying for their expensive surveys!

In the OpenTheBooks government expenditure library posted online, there are at least $27 million in payments to Panorama from states, school districts, and local boards of education across 21 states between the years 2017 and 2020. Contracts with the New York City Department of Education; Dallas Independent School District; Seattle Public Schools; District of Columbia; and the San Francisco Unified School District are publicly showcased in company materials.

However, records posted by our auditors at OpenTheBooks.com reveal that school districts in Texas, Michigan, Florida, Indiana, Rhode Island, Oregon, Iowa, Utah, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Georgia, New Mexico, Illinois, Wyoming, California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maine, Virginia, and Ohio all hired Panorama Education for training and/or surveys. This means your state is employing the AG General’s son in law to push the agenda they are now calling you terrorists for resisting!

For example, in 2017 the contract between Panorama and Arlington Public Schools in Virginia was for three school-wide surveys over a five-year period costing taxpayers $288,750.

Built into the 28-page contract is an expensive fee schedule. For example, there are 345 hours billed at $250 per hour for consultants to design surveys and render “analysis and reporting.” Project managers bill at a rate of $125 an hour for 1,230 hours. AND TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING FOR THIS!

Critical race theory usually teaches that America, its supporters, and her institutions are inherently racist and discriminatory, and that race is used as a social construct to oppress and exploit people of color.

While some programs and institutions come right out and admit this, most don’t quite say it that way.

The tenants of “culturally responsive” teaching they say are “building academic and social-emotional skills”; “affirming students’ social and cultural histories”; and “helping students recognize, analyze, and address social inequality and racist policies.”

Critics say the terms “social-emotional learning” and “culturally responsive training” introduce controversial ideas about race and identity that are associated with critical race theory.

Shortly after George Floyd was killed in police custody, Panorama Education put out a statement committing to combat systemic racism in the educational system.

While the company doesn’t use the term critical race theory (CRT) on its website, Asra Nomani of Parents Defending Education, an anti-CRT parent group at the forefront of recent protests, claims that Panorama Education is using data collection as a pretext for school officials to push controversial ideas about race, identity and sexuality.

So, last week, when the Attorney General of the United States suddenly called in the FBI to look at parents’ behavior around local education controversies, people took notice.

Garland is accused of weaponizing the DOJ by bringing in the FBI to investigate alleged threats from parents. Critics say he is trying to intimidate political opponents and silence parents who are concerned with what their children are being taught in schools. Justice Department Addresses Violent Threats Against School Officials and Teachers

Citing an increase in harassment, intimidation and threats of violence against school board members, teachers and workers in our nation’s public schools, today Attorney General Merrick B. Garland directed the FBI and U.S. Attorneys’ Offices to meet in the next 30 days with federal, state, Tribal, territorial and local law enforcement leaders to discuss strategies for addressing this disturbing trend. These sessions will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting, assessment and response by law enforcement.   

“Threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values,” wrote Attorney General Garland. “Those who dedicate their time and energy to ensuring that our children receive a proper education in a safe environment deserve to be able to do their work without fear for their safety.”

According to the Attorney General’s memorandum, the Justice Department will launch a series of additional efforts in the coming days designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel. Those efforts are expected to include the creation of a task force, consisting of representatives from the department’s Criminal Division, National Security Division, Civil Rights Division, the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys, the FBI, the Community Relations Service and the Office of Justice Programs, to determine how federal enforcement tools can be used to prosecute these crimes, and ways to assist state, Tribal, territorial and local law enforcement where threats of violence may not constitute federal crimes.

The Justice Department will also create specialized training and guidance for local school boards and school administrators. This training will help school board members and other potential victims understand the type of behavior that constitutes threats, how to report threatening conduct to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, and how to capture and preserve evidence of threatening conduct to aid in the investigation and prosecution of these crimes.

Threats of violence against school board members, officials, and workers in our nation’s public schools can be reported by the public to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) via its national tip line (1-800-CALL-FBI) and online through the FBI website (http://fbi.gov/tips). To ensure that threats are communicated to the appropriate authorities, NTOC will direct credible threats to FBI field offices, for coordination with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and law enforcement partners as appropriate. Reporting threats of violence through NTOC will help the federal government identify increased threats in specific jurisdictions as well as coordinated widespread efforts to intimidate educators and education workers.

It totally appears that the Attorney General should have RECUSED HIMSELF as he has a conflict of interest in this sham wham education game. It is now obvious he is not serving WE THE PEOPLE, he is serving the globalist agenda.
