SANCTUARY CITIES – A Sinister Plan or Safe Haven?

Part 2 of 2America is hanging by a thread.  We need a true leader in our time of peril.  An honest and  tough soul that cannot be bought by the establishment and powers that seek to usurp us.  A strong one who knows the evil agenda’s plan to tare apart the very constitution and Republic for which this great nation stands. We need an American that respects and understand the real meaning behind the words “One nation with liberty and justice for all” and who is willing to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. 

That someone is Donald J. Trump.  He understands the constitution and bill of rights were meant to serve the citizens of the United States of America and not to serve those persons who would choose to enter illegally.

If you haven’t read part 1, I encourage you to do so first, so you can fully understand part 2 as I only have room for a small overview.

In part 1 we established that Sanctuary cities were established to harbor illegal immigrants as refugees fleeing Mexico and Latin America as a humanitarian effort.  Speculation on how the events of today connect with decades of failed border policy seeming to successfully follow United Nations NWO policy, and the unusual act of Obama’s executive order giving another agency authority to police the United States at will. Possibly INTERPOL .

We reveal a consistent pattern of crime, racial divide, war on police propaganda, increased poverty and government assistance programs which all lead to a destruction of sanctuary city’s economy, infrastructure, and public safety.   Eventually what is left are failed cities (either bankrupt or on the verge of bankruptcy) with businesses leaving and no opportunity for growth.  Failed policies and lack of jobs assure increased crime and civil unrest. In the end you have a city so crime ridden and dependent on government help that the people welcome an outside form of policing. Or will they?

Connecting the last dots.

Now what to do with the 300 plus sanctuary cities? How do we convince them all to comply with the 21^st century UN police force? (My new name for it). The first step was to bring sanctuary cities into public view, making sure it was a negative view. I suspect they did this through the innocent death of 32 year old Kathryn Steinle as she was walking in public with her father in San Francisco.   She was murdered by an illegal immigrant with a criminal record that had re-entered the country five times. He was arrested then released because of the laws of the sanctuary city and no one contacted ICE about it, or so the story goes. For any who are not aware of this, it was reported that illegal immigrant Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez shot an innocent 32 year old for no reason while she was with her father in broad daylight in public. It was also reported that Juan shot her with a gun registered with the FBI. When Juan was questioned he didn’t know why he did it. Maybe he doesn’t even know if he did? He just looks like a deer in the headlights. Hymm??? He first pleaded guilty and upon being assigned an attorney he pleaded innocent.

The big question is – “How did Juan Sanchez get a gun registered to the FBI?” Could it be that they gave it to him? Or perhaps someone planted it on a desk or some obvious spot for him to steal it before he was released? Or was it something far more sinister?

Let’s go back and see if this connects with Obama’s Executive Order for his Presidential Task Force For 21^st Century Policing?   The presidential taskforce, as protocol in the trial participation, was to call on the White House to create a longer-term crime taskforce to review and evaluate all components of the criminal justice system for the purpose of making recommendations to the country on comprehensive criminal justice reform. The president received the taskforce’s advice for review and prepared to have his Justice Department issue its own report on the Ferguson riots and how police efforts failed, along with what could be done differently.

When the taskforce announced to the public that a Federal agency had taken over the investigation, they did not indicate which agency – whether it was the FBI or a federal statistics agency or another agency?

So who took the case over? The obvious answer would be the FBI. That is what they do. However, with Obama’s new 21^st century United Nations SMART policing concepts ( AKA Presidential Task Force For 21^st Century Policing) who was this agency?   At that time there was no federal law that required local agencies to report data on officer-involved homicides, although some states require such reporting. Or was there?

Now if you want to get rid of the long standing Federal Bureau of Investigation…wouldn’t it make sense to plant a gun that led directly to them? Create suspect and public mistrust in one more agency already unsustainable for their 21^st century goals?  And wouldn’t it make sense to show how sanctuary cities are no longer stable enough to keep citizens safe under the loose regulations; especially with the high number of Illegal Immigrants and racial tensions? Wouldn’t it make sense that something had to change in the 21^st century? Could it be time for a new agency like INTERPOL to oversee local municipalities? Especially in light of Obama’s EO allowing them to do so?

Now just before the murder, here comes Trump addressing the borders in his hard, fast, and firm style. The media and GOP are angry and flipping out of their minds. It appears they are mad at his rude blatant words about Illegal Immigrants. So the media and pundits aggressively attack him. Then in the midst of the Trump bashing, the murder, and mess up in the sanctuary city. The headlines start. Things like, “The chilling murder of a San Francisco woman has roiled the immigration debate”, Illegal Immigrant Who Killed Woman Knew ‘Sanctuary City’ San Francisco Wouldn’t Arrest Him”. Lots of things on Sanctuary Cities.

Then Trump holds a rally for the families who have had loved ones murdered by illegal immigrants. The media and GOP go crazy. They aren’t sure what to do with the public outcry against illegals. They are shocked that sanctuary cities exist and are outraged. So what’s the real focus here? Forget the girl was murdered, it is sanctuary cities and illegal immigrants. It’s almost as though a devious plan was in motion and Trump was never factored into the plans.

It looks a lot like the hit was already in play, or the illegal was a maniac and they took advantage of the crisis, who knows for sure? Either way, the public approval of Trump’s speech and his bold method of calling out ALL THE DISASTERS of this administration made the establishment very mad. They blasted him and the more they did (and still do), the higher Trumps approval rating surged. It appears Trump is exposing too much about the entire agenda and he isn’t shutting up. His numbers continue to rise in the polls. The majority of Americans are in agreement with Trump’s views.

At the same time of the San Francisco murder, Hillary came out quick and feigned to be outraged at the mess up in the police department. Not so much for the murder, more angry at the failure of the police’s to report to ICE. It was almost like she held distain for someone who bumbled something.   Or is it just her usual way of blaming someone and not the progressive concept?

Then while this is rolling off the press as a hot topic, she rallies with the La Raza group pitching her speech supporting illegal immigration. Something is definitely not right here.  After all, as past Secretary of State, and deeply rooted with the Clinton Foundation, I’m sure she knows the progressive plans for these sanctuary cities. It’s almost as though they changed the script and she is still acting out the old version? Who knows, time will tell.

Then we look at who is representing San Francisco, it is none other than Barbara Boxer and Diane Feinstein. They have supported the sanctuary city since its inception. They knew the plan for the cities and have ignored crime after crime after crime coming out of their own districts. What would make them come out fast and act appalled at this murder? What would make these sorts publically blame and reprimand those that released a criminal, (no longer refugee). Especially when they never did before?

Well, let’s look back to August 2014 when California Governor Jerry Brown in a speech declared that all Mexicans, including illegal immigrants, are welcome in California. Quote: “If we can put a man on the moon we can put a Mexican in California in twenty minutes”. After his speech he introduced Mexican President Enrique Peńa Nieto, who said Quote: “America is the other Mexico!” Brown “spoke about the interwoven histories of Mexico and California.” Brown reportedly “nodded to the immigrants in the room, saying it didn’t matter if they had permission to be in the United States.” So it is official, the State of California is the first sanctuary state and sitting right on the border. How convenient.

Could it be that sanctuary cities were a big step toward developing sanctuary states? Was this to be the ultimate weapon to legalize immigration? Was it to be the pathway to a sanctuary United States with no borders? The precursor to a borderless North American Union?

Well according to the Council on Foreign Relations and their goals for achieving a North American Union, I would have to say yes. Their shared concerns range from regional economic growth to law enforcement, from energy security to regulatory policy, from dispute resolution to continental defense.

Some alarming excerpts from the CFR booklet “Building a North American Community – Report of an Independent Task Force:

“Our economic focus should be on the creation of a common economic space that expands economic opportunities for all people in the region, a space in which trade, capital, and people flow freely.”

“WHAT WE SHOULD DO NOW – A long-term goal should be to create a ‘‘North American preference’’—new rules that would make it much easier for employees to move and for employers to recruit across national boundaries within the continent. This would enhance North American competitiveness increase productivity, contribute to Mexico’s development, and address one of the main outstanding issues on the Mexican-U.S. bilateral agenda.

Canada and the United States should consider eliminating restrictions on labor mobility altogether and work toward solutions that, in the long run, could enable the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico as well.”

“ Move to full labor mobility between Canada and the United States. To make companies based in North America as competitive as possible in the global economy, Canada and the United States should consider eliminating all remaining barriers to the ability of their citizens to live and work in the other country. “

After knowing the real goals of the shadow government, I had to think long and hard of what would make sanctuary city (state) advocates like Feinstein and Boxer be the first to disassociate with mishandling.  Are they following marching orders or trying to cut and run? Or are they just trying to “gas light” the people?

It became obvious to me that Trumps timing for them was just bad, very bad and definitely not expected.  People have been murdered by illegals a lot, a very lot of them all along. I have been following the mess for years and years (you can google it too). So I dug around a bit more and found the missing link. The reason they shouted out so LOUDLY. And why the rest of the governing body of the state was quiet. It seems when Brown okayed the California State legislature, passing AB-4 , within proposition 47, was one big mistake. It stated that local jurisdictions did not have to cooperate with federal officials in instances regarding immigration.

The Law lists out 37 specific instances -some of which are vague ; but, one criteria states the illegal immigrant in question must have been CONVICTED of within the last 5 years, and if that criteria is not met here is what the bill says: If none of the conditions listed in subdivision (a) is satisfied, an individual shall not be detained on the basis of an immigration hold after the individual becomes eligible for release from custody. With the passage of PROP 47 in California in 2014, many felonies, that would have previously met the standard for notification to ICE, are now misdemeanors under the law, and as such do not meet the requirement for detainer or notification. Looks like the father of 32-year-old Kathryn “Kate” Steinle has one big law suit to make. It will never replace his daughter….but it will at least be some restitution for her loss.

Which leaves one more question, did liberal law passing Governor Jerry Brown do this knowingly? To perhaps insure the reason for a possible Federal Task Force For the 21^st Century Policing to engulf the entire State of California? Was he working in lock step with the goals of the North American Union shadow government Council on Foreign Relations? Or is he just, as the media would like to portray him – a left wing liberal? Well, it’s time to stop the political correct names. The names that keep people in categories is nothing more than a mask to hide the real agenda. An agenda to change America and rid “We The People” of our rights, constitution and the United States of America all together!

In conclusion…if Trump is not elected, you can expect to see all the sanctuary cities come under the new Obama Executive Order ushering in the Federal Task Force of the 21st Century Policing, with a North American Union on the borderless horizon.

UPDATE:  I knew this was coming, but thought we had a little more time.  At the time I wrote this, I really put myself out on a limb for no one was talking about this subject, nor were they even suspecting that anything this sinister was being planned.  The article was written in the midst of any speaking of this as being labeled “Conspiracy Theorists, Crazies, and the proud wearer of a Tin Foil Hat”.   Today, it is breaking news on the internet. We must each do our part to expose and oppose this act on our own – for  sadly the political Washington establishment is doing nothing to stop, and all they can to secretly support these evil acts of tyranny.
